Richard at lost loom was so helpful, the bedding what we ordered came in beautiful packaging, the bedding quality 👏 is the best I've ever slept in 💯 please try it you wont be disappointed, I've also just ordered the new pajama range in olive green , just wow the quality is spectacular and wash perfectly too , just waiting to try my eye sleep mask that match my pj's thanks mick/Pauline.

So soft. Packaging was luxury. The material is INSANE. Fast dispatch. No order errors. I hope they hold up to be durable. Only things they don’t have that I personally like in bedding is a zip on the duvet cover instead of buttons, and a “short side log side” label. But overall I’m really happy with these.

I already have their bedding but These pyjamas are honestly the most amazing pyjamas I’ve ever had! In fact, they’re the most amazing piece of clothing I’ve ever had on my body! Soooo soft, a lovely heavy weight material, but light on your skin. I cannot recommend them enough!

Love my new PJ’s and eye mask, super soft and gorgeous colour (navy), went for the wider eye mask as I wanted it to be wrap around. Would happily purchase both again and buy as gifts for Christmas

From the moment my Lost Loom order arrived I was blown away. The packaging and presentation is absolutely beautiful — it feels like you're opening a gift, not a delivery. Everything is wrapped, labelled, and presented to the highest standard. The customer service has been equally impressive throughout.
Now the products. Where do I even start?
The fitted sheet is a game changer — those deep elasticated panels mean it actually STAYS on the mattress all night. No shifting, no pulling off at the corners. Something I didn't even know I needed until I had it.
The duvet cover and pillowcases are stunning. Incredibly soft, with this gorgeous glossy sheen that just looks and feels so luxurious. They're naturally antibacterial, antimicrobial, cooling and breathable — so if you suffer from hot sweats, night sweats or you're going through perimenopause or menopause, this bedding is genuinely made for you. I say this as someone who has tested it extensively and would not go back to regular cotton.
And now they've launched their sleepwear range — and I am completely obsessed. The pyjamas come in the most beautiful colours, they're soft and cosy yet completely breathable, and the eye masks are absolutely divine. I'm particularly addicted to the stretch eye mask — that elasticated back fits perfectly and stays put all night.

Bedding looks and feels ok but far to much packaging bedding doesn’t need to be in a fabric sack then in paper then in a large heavy weight box then in another heavy weight box

Fantastic product. It arrived beautifully. Not only does it look premium, it feels it too. The most comfortable bedding I have ever slept on. It’s the first place I want to go when I finish a long day at work.

Bamboo bedding and bamboo underwear is the way forward for comfort!

Super quality and soft well worth the money

I like it a lot. The bedding is very silky, soft, and beautiful, and the packaging is lovely as well. The only downside is the price, but I understand that quality comes at a cost.

As I mentioned, the packaging is beautiful, but the bedding—especially the bedsheet—arrived incredibly wrinkled. It would be great if there was a way to improve the packaging or folding to prevent this.
