Really pleased with purchase sizing was accurate item feels well made. Dispatch took little longer than expected. Worth the wait though.

Piece is comfy to wear and has nice overall appearance. Material feels pleasant. Expected it to be little thicker. Still satisfied with purchase though.

Customer Service ignore emails when requesting a return. I returned the item tracked to their return address in China and have not yet received a refund. No response to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Wasn't completely sure about the sizing at first honestly, but it ended up fitting reasonably well. Cut's comfortable and works nicely for everyday wear. Customer service responded quickly, polite and helpful, answered my questions efficiently, though overall experience felt fairly standard.

Took weeks to arrive and nothing like the photos. Items returned at my expense and awaiting at customs in China. Funnily enough customer service no longer responding to my emails, no way of contacting customs as they'll only respond to recipient and no sign of refund. Avoid this company, they are a bunch of scammers.

Very bad service. No response to multiple emails to customer services. No returns policy and refusal for refund. Do not use this company!

The 2 items took 3 weeks to arrive. Missing the event originally ordered to wear at. On arrival the items were of poor quality and fit. Nothing like the photos. I was told by customer service at Lornbridge that the items needed to returned to China recorded delivery and duty paid. This cost me 33 pound and I would have to cover this cost. The original order was 83 pound. Still not got my money back. Would never use this company again

I ordered a grey jacket for £55 from this company and it arrived after several weeks. It was more like a thin and really cheap fleece and the sizing was off on the arms. When I contacted the customer service they told me that poor quality was not a good enough reason for returning an item. Then when I pushed them further they offered me £20, then I complained and they offered me £25. Now I have returned it costing me £9 because they are based in china and a month later they claim still not to have received it. I would definitely avoid this company

The ordering process was smooth and everything was handled properly. Overall, it was an average experience and turned out reasonably fine.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a black wool coat, and recieved what can only be described as a grey thin fleece shirt of extremely poor quality and sizing is not accurate as per the size guide provided.

Emailed to request how to return and arrange a refund as the product is not what was ordered. To get a response to say it was a sale item and therefore does not qualify for a refund. Even though it is not the product or colour ordered.

False advertising leading buyers to purchase products that do not exist. I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing from this company.

This jacket was a great buy. It fits beautifully and the material looks and feels premium.
