I will never purchase frim these on line companies agsin with researching reviews…!!!
T shirt never arrived snd im being fobbed off with excuses..!!!
Have now demanded s refund..!!!

Avoid. Website says they reply in 1 business day. I've tried contacting them multiple times, no answer - and no other means to contact them, including Insta DM. I haven't received my order, nor have I had any update on its shipping status. I feel like I have been scammed and don't know what the recourse it for this.

I am reading the reviews and what a shock! I am having exactly the same problems as everyone else. Never order from Lorenzia. The discounts are not worth your trouble that you are going to have with them. I ordered several bags and they came in two deliveries. In the second delivery, they sent me the wrong bag. I reachead out to them and requested they sent me the correct bag and I can return the wrong item at their cost since it was their mistake. They kept on asking about "an unboxing video" which normally no one does. Their policy indicates that an unboxing video is only needed if the item is damaged. How do you find out if an item is damaged until AFTER you unbox?? The item that I wanted to return was NOT damaged and still packaged and with tags. I told them that instead of sending me the correct item, I just wanted to return the wrong item sent to me and I wanted a refund. Same scenario about them asking for the unboxing video etc... I finally told them that I will dispute the charge with my credit card Co, the ENTIRE charge, not just for the bag and I had ordered about $750 worth of merchandise because I had a 40% coupon. After two to three weeks with back and forth emails, today I finally received a retun label for my return...now that I know that they don't deal in good faith, do you really think I am going to return a bag to them for a refund? If I do that they will keep the bag and say I don't qualiFy for the refund. They are a fraud. Their communications are useless. Their item quality is poor. WORD OF ADVICE...DO NOT BUY FROM LORENZIA! THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

I ordered two bags two weeks ago and I got an email immediately saying that they didn’t have the bags I wanted and would I choose five different other ones from their website so I did that and then they said oh we got the bags in. Now it’s two weeks later and there’s no shipping there’s no bags all they tell me is to be patient and wait and they’re keeping all of my money. I’m gonna have to call my bank tomorrow because they are a horrible company that steals from people do not buy from them.

Awful quality and bags seem used. They take your credit card and days later tell you they are out of stock. EMAILS ARE NEVER ANSWERED. Typical demeanor of that country. STAY AWAY.

This is not the same at Atelera so don’t be fooled like I was. The quality is terrible. Everything is made from plastic. Pleeeeease save yourself the money. It’s is so so so bad.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are all garbage bags. I ordered 3 bags because I had ordered from the previous company that they operated under called Atelera and recieved 2 good pieces. Lorenzia is not the same. The three bags I ordered this time are all obvious fakes and smell bad and are plastic. The Louis Vuitton I ordered doesn't even work! The clip won't open so I cant attach the chain to the bag to use it and the clasp won't close. I also ordered a YSL bag and they sent me the wrong one. When I reached out for a return they asked for an unboxing video which of course I do not have. They declined my return stating that I got what I ordered. I am now filing a dispute with VISA. Its a pain in the neck! Save yourself the time and headache and just buy the real bags!!

I purchased a bag it came in time quality good however it’s the wrong bag! They said they would take it back admitted it was their mistake but now I have to send it back which would cost half of the bags cost! They refused to help me even though it’s their fault! Don’t buy anything they are scammers and fraudulent.

I’ve had my share of trouble ordering branded handbags from Atelera, the predecessor company. This summer, I got an email sent to “earlier” clients, announcing their new and improved company, Lorenzia, promising bags you can trust. They offered former Atelera customers 40% off, so I took a chance, reassured that each bag would be inspected before shipping. What a letdown. I ordered several bags in different leathers, but what arrived was plasticky, all with the same smell, look, and feel—no difference in the supposed “leathers.” I filmed the unboxing, as Atelera once required for returns and refunds, so this time I recorded everything in real time, sealed as it came. Now, dealing with the new company over this batch, I’m bracing for the time I’ll spend chasing refunds.
