Long Eaton Appliance Company was great. I bought a Neff C1AMG84G1B Oven with microwave to replace a previous NEFF. It was a stunning price. The communication was superb. Thank you.

The company were very pleasant to deal with and very efficient when they delivered our dishwasher. There was an extra delay of 2 weeks caused by a delivery driver illness which was not communicated to us initially, hence 4 rather than 5 stars. Thanks

Very helpful on the phone to order our fridge. We bought a Fischer Paykel fridge freeer which was very expensive. We were dissatisfied with delivery as one poor man turned up on his own and my husband had to help him which wasn’t great as he’s just had a major operation. We assumed delivery would include someone to install it but he just delivered and we had to find a plumber and we felt that we should really have had a better service buying such an expensive bit of kit. It took a while to get someone to come and plumb it in and we received another bill. I think if you are selling high end products you need to accompany it with high end service. The fridge is fantastic.

I went to Long Eaton appliance & kitchen company on the
07.07.26 and purchased a Siemens washing machine, the lady who served was very helpful and answered all my questions.
My machine was delivered two days later, I had a call from the delivery driver Reg the day before giving me a time slot and saying he and Sean would be with me in 20 minutes. Reg and Sean turned up on time they were friendly and professional, they fitted my machine and took the old one away as pre arranged. From going into the showroom buying the machine and having the machine delivered and fitted I’m extremely happy with the experience. It’s not the first time I’ve bought from Long Eaton Appliance and I would definitely buy from them again

Richard is polite, friendly, skilled and swift. He fitted our refrigerator quickly and efficiently and was extremely pleasant.
