Extremely Rude customer service to…
Extremely Rude customer service to satisfy the customer. Mr Peter, who no sense to talk to customers on call or provide any solutions, hang up the phone on the face.
Admin fee of £25 for a refund of service which remains unprovided and nowhere on the website this is mentioned it will be deducted in case a refund is to be placed.
Advise to the company:
Transparency of terms should be disclosed to the customer in terms of service which are no where mentioned to review on the WEBSITE of what could happen in case a refund is requested.. maybe add them in your FAQs as REFUND POLICY and listen to customer when they are mentioning to resolve the issue rather hangingup the phone on face.. neither as a customer I was rude,impolite or being authoritative like your agent. Asking a simple solution after calling 4 times and put on hold
till the manager provides a solution to see what can be done with no callbacks or email only when enquired repeatedly... is not how you deal with customers!!!!!!

Driver was unable to make a collection despite ringing the door bell, several times, and calling the customer on the mobile provided Customer was provided with photographic evidence of the attempted collection.
We offered to return and do the collection and the customer decided and decided to request a refund which was actioned.
We did indeed terminate the call due to the aggressive manner in which the customer spoke, this was only after repeatedly advising we would reluctantly do unless an explanation could be given and a solution discussed.
On booking the service and completing the payment details customers are required to tick the terms and conditions box. This clearly states that the if we are unable to gain access then the default cancellation fee was payable.

They are a fantastic company and provide great service. I needed two sofas from garden removed. They did in a prompt and hassle free manner. Peter was extremely helpful. Defo would recommend them.

Great service
I had a mattress that needed removing. Very happy with this service - quick and efficient. Kept me up to date with the arrival time and the 2 collection men kindly helped me move the mattress as I didn’t have the strength to do it solo. Would use again for a similar service.

Kept informed of times and drivers all the time.
Had lots of rubbish and they took it all and left my garden cleared and tidy, the two young men were very proffesional and a credit to your company.
Prices are reasonable.
