Their service was incredible
Their service was incredible. I booked them with only short notice and needed the job done ASAP. They were able to fit me in within 2 days of the call which was brilliant. They were fast, efficient and never left any mess which is a result. Would use them again if the opportunity arises and recommend them to anyone. Plus the young boys were very polite and respectful which is always a bonus.

Conning bullies!
The service was very quick and efficient to start off with. I typed in my services requirement and booked a date and paid what I thought was the final booking price. Then the waste removal operatives turned up and wanted and additional £25 to undo my sofa so they can remove it. If we didn't pay the £25 they would leave without removing my sofa. I'm 78 years old and I felt bullied into paying then this additional money. They undid the sofa within minutes and I felt conned. I explained that the sofa was delivered through the very same doors but they refused to remove it unless we paid them the extra money on top of the £105 we had already paid them. The new sofas arrived the same day without any damages or need for dismantling..London waste services seem competitive when you enquire or book them online but I bet they do this to everyone on the day! My house is a standard terrace property no different to many thousands and thousands of properties. These lot seem like conning merchants who premeditate extorting extra money out of people..stay clear of them!!!

There are a couple of factual points missing from your review.
The booking was made by you on behalf of your parents and the time of collection there was also a younger member of the family present.
Customers property is of paramount importance to us and our collection teams would only advise a dismantle as a last resort when there is potential for damage as was possible on this occasion.
An offer is always made to dismantle or cancel a collection in the event that the customer is not happy with the additional fees. Our dismantle fees are a fixed price based irrespective of the amount of dismantle required.
The collection team explained, and demonstrated to the family, that on this occasion we would not be able to remove and offered the additional services. They called the office for clarification and as a gesture of goodwill we reduced the price on this occasion. They were also advised to offer the customer a full refund if they did not feel this was acceptable.

Prompt and professional service was provided by the London Waste Services. Online order was a seamless experience.
They texted the night before to confirm a collection time and arrived nice and early to remove the items- 2 very large sofas, without any noise. The follow up text to check that everything had been dealt with ok was also a very nice touch. The price point was very competitive as well.
Would definitely use this service again should I ever be in need of it.
I Recommend them 100% to anyone reading this review.

Super easy and convenient
Easy to book. Spoke to Bobby over what’s app. Sent him pictures of what I needed to dismantle and get taken away. Booked in at a time convenient to me. Very polite and punctual guys. They took everything down and out within 45mins. Very satisfying watching the sledge hammer break down the horrible furniture. My new favourite guys!

Friendly, helpful and efficient service.
