I have been attending the Kingston clinic for laser hair removal. I have had a really good experience with Shobana. She made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her! The results have been amazing so far, there’s a huge reduction in hair growth.

I was another customer scammed at the Virginia Water clinic where I paid for a course of microneedling treatments that were not fulfilled. I have looked into the company history and it seems really dodgy - the company is clearly in trouble and has a history of liquidating businesses. They used to call their clinics Reflect Medi Spa but seem to have changed the name to Premier Laser & Skin clinic and have a string of clinics in Kingston, Soho, Liverpool Street, Fulham and a few others. It makes me sick that the company Directors can liquidate their companies with no consequences and it’s people like us who are left out of pocket. Be very careful dealing with them and definitely don’t pay upfront for treatments. Looks like they’ve scammed people in both Notting Hill and Virginia Water.

The rating I have given is for Michelle at the Soho clinic. I would give every other technician at this branch 5 stars - but not Michelle. Here is why:
For ‘standard bikini’ laser, the technician should mark you with white pencil 'guidelines' before the session to agree the exact hair to be lasered. A ‘standard bikini’ means clearing only the hair OUTSIDE a standard pair of briefs. In my particular case, the Soho branch technician Michelle did not mark me with white pencil or even ask how far in I wished to be lasered (I usually only have laser on hair 1cm OUTSIDE my brief line as it was really important to me to retain the FULL COVERING/triangle of hair). She should have CONSULTED with me and then marked me up.
When the treatment started, Michelle suddenly asked me to hold the front of my knickers in - assuring me that she would not laser hair from the triangle – then proceeded to do precisely that. This resulted in hair I did not wish to be removed WITHIN my knickers being lasered WITHOUT MY CONSENT. At the top of the triangle, she carelessly lasered 1 INCH further in on each side than I wanted - removing a sizable amount of hair from the triangle. No other technician has ever removed hair from the triangle area during ‘standard bikini’. (My experience with all the other Soho technicians such as Maria has been excellent - Maria is outstanding and always carefully marked me with white pencil prior to treatment. Maria genuinely focuses on giving her customer the best treatment rather than mucking about filming social media videos...).
Going back to Michelle: she lasered me too far in and did not apply aloe vera gel post treatment either. She also lasered further in on one side than the other – so the remaining hair is not symmetrical. She should never have brought the laser near me without marking me with white pencil first to agree the treatment area - utterly clumsy with the laser, sloppy and negligent. She should NEVER have asked me to hold my knickers in and lasered hair from underneath there on the triangle area. It was absolutely wrong to do this. At the end of my treatment, I asked if I could have the peri-anal lasered (this was offered to me by Maria at my last appointment and would have been part of my ‘Bikini-any’ package). However, Michelle replied that no, I could not have that. Yes, she refused me, the paying customer!
I followed the 'Complaints Procedure'. My first complaint was ignored. When I followed up, it was simply forwarded on to the Soho branch manager. Michelle, no doubt, only received a gentle telling off as she is a bolshy character who thinks she knows it all. Head Office should have investigated, firmly disciplined the technician and ensured this never happened again. Indeed, since my incident, another customer of the Soho branch has posted a review about not being marked up correctly (July 2025).
From looking at this technician’s social media, it is clear that she has learning difficulties – she is barely able to write a coherent sentence. Would you want someone like that coming near you with a syringe or laser? I know that I wouldn’t.
I am totally confused as to why Premier Laser features Michelle in their social media videos as their “expert”. From my experience, she is anything but. Just loves the sound of her own voice this one.
Michelle had a duty of care to provide a treatment personalised to MY preferences, but absolutely butchered my bikini line into a shape I never wanted, which has caused me huge distress. How dare she do that to me without my consent. She is a negligent and arrogant know-it-all who did not follow correct procedures. I am absolutely distraught at the lopsided mess she has made of my bikini line. Dreadful, incompetent technician.
I really regret allowing Michelle near my bikini line. She absolutely butchered me.

Brought a tattoo removal package

Had to miss a few appointments for a variety of different reasons but always called to cancel.
Recently missed an appointment to bad health and was unable to give notice so they have forfeited my session and are not allowing me to have the sessions despite me paying for everything over a year ago. Me not attending my session does not affect anyone’s wages or the business itself. I think it’s quite disgusting to take their session away. Wouldn’t recommend the clinic and will be taking my custom elsewhere going forward. Never seen a company so desperate for money they have to find any excuse to rob you for it

Last 12 years, I have been struggling with male baldness. I used Premier Laser in Kingston to try out their PRP treatment before going for a transplant. I had 4 sessions of PRP treatment with Ms Sobhna Chauhan, woow she is an expert on taking blood and a top-to-bottom professional. A big difference in my hair volume, I have many new hairs. Feel much comfortable with my looks now.

I am also another customer that has been scammed by this company. I paid in advance for a 6 full body package at the Virgina water branch, which was a lot of money. Booked in for my second session last week to which the woman booked me in very easily for a session this Thursday. No one even told me that the branch was closed I happen to call to double check my appointment time to which I then saw online it was ‘permanently closed’. I would never have even known it was closed if I had not checked myself. I have just received an email this evening to which apparently I am meant to go to the clinic in soho. I do not live anywhere near soho so this is completely out of the question to expect someone to pay for a train into London, at the expense and difficulty of doing so.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. This has been awful and such a disappointing service.

I am on of the unlucky customers who have been scammed by Premier Laser CLin last week, being induced to purchase a 5 tattoo removal session package at your Notting Hill clinic on Friday at 6pm UKT (i.e. 12h before announcing the store closed down permanently)
Not only I was victim of what I believe is highly unfair market practice (to say the least), but they didn’t even have the decency to communicate to me this sudden disruption in operation. The reason why I found out was that I received an email communicating that my next appointment was going to be moved to the SoHo clinic and I decided to call the store.
When I call the SoHo clinic, no one was able to explain how and when I will be reimbursed (i.e. you will be contacted by the administrator).
Now if the company still operates 7 stores in London, I don’t understand this comment!

Nevertheless, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE and purchase treatment packages. You could find yourself to be a creditor to this company in no time.

UPDATE: after this review I was refunded. A shame that leaving bad reviews is the only way to ensure a decent level of customer care and fair business practices.

I had my laser hair removal appointment with Sobhna today at the Kingston clinic today - she was very welcoming , reassuring and professional and answered all of my questions . I am looking forward to also starting my skin treatment journey!

I went to the Kingston branch and received laser tattoo removal with Sobhna. I had a lovely experience. Sobhna was amazing, she explained the process of laser tattoo removal very well, it was clear she was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease for my first session. The whole process was very smooth and I look forward to coming back.

I had my free consultation with Sobhna, at the Kingston branch, today. .She was really professional and reassuring. She answered all my concerns. Can’t wait to start my treatment journey.

You’ll notice reviews here are generally either 5 or 1 star - that tells you all you need to know about the authenticity of those reviews and value of the service.

I spent a little under £1K and had essentially 0 results.

I’ve been told to purchase more sessions - baring in mind I already had almost 10. You have different sessions with different individuals and the quality varies wildly. Majority of them clearly miss areas and the occasional person seems professional about doing it well - but you’ll need to wait likely months to see that person. I can prove I’ve not lost more than 10-20% of my hair at the most after investing a little under £1K.

Don’t waste your money - it’ll seem like it’s working when sessions are 6 weeks apart because it does come back slower. Give it a few months and it’ll all be coming back.

My advice is to invest in a more premium service if you can, or don’t get it at all. You’re throwing your money down the toilet here.

Horrible experience with the branch in Soho!! Wanted to try a new place for laser hair removal since my usual clinic had shut down and experienced the worst burns! My face was swollen (to be expected) but this was horrendous, my eyes were swollen shut for days and I had to go to A&E due to how bad it was. It looked as if I had an anaphylactic reaction!!! The technician had used the wrong setting on my face and had zapped the thin skin under my eyes causing trauma to the skin. When contacting the clinic to let them know and request a refund due to unsatisfactory treatment and after results - they dismissed me! They said that this was normal (it’s not normal for eyes to swell) and said they will not issue a refund as the treatment has already been carried out. I spoke with the office manager on the phone who also acknowledged that the swelling of my eyes was concerning and not normal - for some reason she still thought this wasn’t a reason to approve a refund. Instead they wanted to offer another laser session ( I would never go back there even if they paid me). I urge you all to stay away from this clinic as their staff are highly dismissive and seem to not be trained properly in laser hair removal as well as customer care. I now have a burn mark on my cheek, where a whole month has passed! If I could attach photos I would, just to show how horrible the aftermath was.

I have been using this clinic in Kingston for my laser hair removal sessions and admire its top-notch quality. Sobhna does the laser hair technique very efficiently and ensures that I feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve always had a really good experience when it comes to laser hair removal and seen a lot of progress every time I have a session I had one lady who was amazing and was always helpful when I told her I was noticing less progress and she would always intensify the laser treatment to make sure the hairs aren’t as corse I had 6 sessions with this lady and I was so happy with how much it was working however she left and I had a new lady and this was probably my worst session yet. She didn’t know what I needed done and how many sessions I had had and didn’t even ask about my hair growth? I usually feel a little pinch when I’m having laser done however this time I felt nothing which made me a bit concerned. A week after my last session my hairs started to grow back and a lot quicker than usual it’s now been 3 weeks and the whole time I’ve been having laser this is the most growth I’ve seen and I now have to shave regularly again! I’m very disappointed and I feel is down to the intensity of the laser in which could have been prevented if she had asked about my progress. I’ve spent a lot of money and I feel as though I’m back to square one… I go on holiday in 4 weeks and have one more session I’m

Hopefully this review will be useful to someone: I had a four MORPHEUS 8 treatments for my full face. I was after tightening around my jaw lines , but I thought that, due to my age of 48, it will be beneficial for me to do full face . I was scheduled to have my treatments 6 weeks apart beginning of February 2023. Needless to say, I am very disappointed, that I was made to believe - and heavily persuaded by the staff (Andrea and Karolina the clinical manager ) - that this procedure would be a good fit for me, and I'm the "perfect candidate". They told me that I will see the results after my second visit, yet after 4 nothing had changed. What complete nonsense! (what was ,still is)
During my research of this clinic, I was scouring to find any reviews of this treatment ,yet there was nothing to base my decision on. I have paid a lot of money , results :zero. They refused to refund the money ,or offer me any sort of treatment that would compensate the same value that I originally paid. I was offered two cheap free facial treatments as a good gesture . This is a total waste of money, and for anyone thinking of this procedure please, be extremely cautious.

I did had 6 microneedling treatment in Liverpool street. My skin change lot most of my treatment done by Alexandra she is very friendly and very professional. The clinic is clean you dont need to be scared someting will transfer to you with some treatment. The receptionist very friendly and helpful. I never have any problem. Everyone skin is different my skin they have to go depper because the skin its to thick or im not sure but not really react just for rough treatment. After the 6 courese microneedling i feel more confident. I dont use mask anymore to hide my face. Unfortunately my scares are to deep so I need more aggressive treatment. I booked my first Ipixel in Liverpool street in 15 may with Alexandra again. I can't wait for the treatment. I will give update of ipixel treatment when it's done.

Amazing clinic, I’ve been coming here for a few years and they’ve always been very friendly and accommodating. Sobhna is great with any concerns you have and talking you through how laser works and what to do/what not to in between sessions as well as always feeling very comfortable around her!
