The London Glass and Balustrades team were amazing! Peter did a fantastic job fitting glass to our outdoor patio balcony. It was a tricky installation, but he handled it with real skill and attention to detail. He sourced the glass quickly and completed everything on time, helping us meet our deadline for a garden party — totally stress-free!
Peter was super professional, responsive to emails and calls, and kept us updated throughout the process. The quality of the work is excellent, the glass looks stunning, and the prices were very competitive. I’m extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend The London Glass and Balustrades to anyone looking for top-quality service and workmanship!

High Quality from the products to the customer care.
We have been extremely happy with our garden, glass balustrade, which was fitted in June 2022 by Peter.
This summer 2025 we noticed a few glass panels had started to slip. I didn’t need to worry, Peter being the honest, sincere guy that he is, replied consistently to messages; arranged a visit, communicated on day his expected eta. He arrived as arranged and rectified the issue, for Free!!! He also double checked the over panels (due to a supply issue with some rubber pads). I offered him some money for his time which he kindly declined. I’m very grateful to know there are still, honourable, genuine trades people around. Thank you again Peter for your time and expertise. I would highly recommend to others, Peter truly cares about the company and customer satisfaction.

From the moment I contacted Peter I felt that he was someone I could rely on. He was not overpriced, presented as honest and passionate about the work he undertook, he provided some ideas whereby I had a small gap to fit glass and small handrail. He was prompt and communicative throughout. Would highly recommend Peter over any of the other companies I contacted.

It's really hard to find an honest or reliable tradesperson but Peter was a pleasant surprise. Polite, fairly priced and exceptionally communicative, he did a good job. Highly recommend

Amazing Firm
We used London Glass Balustrades after is became evident they were the most competitive on price and were deeply invested in the customer.
Peter and Joe always kept their appointments, were always on time and at all times ensured we were happy with progress.
Their attention to detail is phenomenal.

Contacted the company cold following local internet search. Peter, The Director, contacted me straight away with friendly approach and competitive quote. He came to house and measured up and discussed my needs. Based on the above I went with this Company. Thereafter Peter kept me updated as to progress, and 10 days after placing order Peter and a colleague attended and fitted the Balustrade. The fitting was really well done, with care and precision. I am delighted with finished product and would highly recommend this company
