Great windows that are easy to fit. Would have given 5* but one had a faulty catch which meant a replacement but sorted out quickly, only losing a couple of days.

It is easy to install the Blind on the Roof Windows according to the installation instruction.

Using the blind feel more comfortable with controllable brightness and privancy.

All I needed was a small roll of insulating foam that had been unpicked by a gang of marauding seagulls, as evidenced by the photos I sent to Keylite. Relatively quickly I was sent a link to purchase a window maintenance kit for which I was charged £60 and that contained a raft of things that I didn’t need and won’t use either with any luck. After a fortnight I had to ring to chase. Overall an underwhelming experience.

Blinds are fab, however one of the metal arms was too long.

I was in some distress when I ordered a blind and there was a minor problem but time was of the essence. Alicia (Chen) was incredibly patient and the blind was delivered on time. The blind is excellent and we were so glad that all went well.

Daniel in customer care was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful in resolving my issues.

Great loft ladder.
First ladder turned up damaged in transit, very easy to call and speak to a human, Kritika had a replacement organised and out for delivery within minutes of my call which arrived next morning at 7.30am not affecting my work schedule.
Mishaps happen when overnighting bulky items but the way they dealt with this was superb, highly recommend Keylite.

My blind is under warranty and contacted the customer services to try to get another blind - you might as well be speaking to a brick wall. Customer services are no help at all and lie, Tech Services whom I then escalated this too never ring back and promise me they have sorted it and ordered a new blind, then try to confirm that it has been ordered and the lied as it has been done. Don't try to contact anybody as they seem to be working from home (Which is fine) and then if they don't want to speak to you the customer services just say they are on a team call. This issue is not recent it has been going on for months and still no closer. Good luck peeps

We have two roof skylight windows from Keylight in an extension which was built in 2020. They have blinds fitted which are excellent. Very easy to open and close. Unfortunately one of the windows has started to leak. I reported it to Keylight at the start of December. After numerous phone calls I sent an email of complaint in January. Eventually I got an Email 20th January to say they would come and look at the window. The engineers arrived on time a month later! The engineers found wood in the window frame was rotten and the cause of our issue. The engineers explained Keylight would be in touch about getting him back out to replace the unit. 2 weeks later I phoned them as I hadn’t heard anything. I received an apology and was told someone would be in touch.3 weeks later I’m still waiting.

We had three roof windows fitted during our loft conversion in October 2023. In just two years the leaks, condensation and rot we’ve experienced has been dismal. Keylite customer services are terrible. Completely ignored the leak fault and kept zoning in on condensation issue to reinforce their policy of not covering condensation. I knew this prior to making contact, but they’re the only windows in the house that suffer. They are completely uninterested in the rainwater leaks and interior damage to my walls, or the varnish that’s peeling off the windows. Communication with them is awful at it’s best. Rude, dismissive and sporadic. They will address anything they can reject as non-fault and ignore everything else. I asked for an inspection and they wanted £395 to send someone to look at them. Just look, not repair. I would strongly recommend avoiding Keylite windows unless you want to replace them with Velux within 3 years.
