This was a great service from my initial call regarding a blocked drain to the successful resolution of the problem. Danielle and Chelsea who took my calls were friendly and courteous and arranged an engineer for the following day. Matt the engineer was great. Solved the issue quickly and explained what had caused the problem. Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Contractor showed up on time, did a good job in descaling a re-lining an old cracked pipe and was helpful in suggesting pragmatic maintenance suggestions to preventing further leaks

Just completed a large commercial project for in city. Unfortunately we had a snag with basement shower and loo not draining.
Quick response. Ben came out and cleared blockage locally but was not happy overall.
So we lifted a few manholes, he then got pressure washer out and cleared the real problem

I absolutely recommend this company. They did a clean and cctv survey of the drains in my house. The report was extensive but easy to follow and understand where the problems were. The remedial works were done within a few days of their initial visit.

Ben was super efficient. He called earlier in the day to let me know what time he was likely to arrive and kept me updated when he got delayed by his previous job. He was extremely friendly and efficient and the work (a blocked drain running from the house to the street) was done in no time with a minimum of fuss.

The engineer who came (Ben Roberts) to my son's house in Raynes Park London SW20 was very clear in explaining how he proposed to deal with the problem and kept me informed about progress throughout. He was also very friendly - an ideal call-out person. And he seems to have fixed the problem!

Ben was very friendly and helpful. Cleared the problem in half an hour and have good advice on how to prevent it happening again. Highly recommend.
