I need to warn everyone about my experience with @LollyHair. I ordered their Burgundy 99J Red Wig with the 613 Blonde Skunk Stripe for $300, expecting a premium, high-quality unit. Instead, I received a completely defective wig with terrible hair texture and incorrect coloring that looks nothing like their website.
When I reached out with photo proof, their customer service team took forever to reply, only to tell me they’d give me a $20 refund as "compensation." 🤡 Offering $20 back on a $300 order for a product THEY messed up is a slap in the face.
They also tried to push a basic black wig on me instead of fixing the order I actually paid for. They have zero respect for their customers and are straight-up falsely advertising their products. I’ve already taken this to the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware! 🛑

super soft and holds a curl well, doesn’t shed for a great price

This hair has the potential to be absolutely beautiful however it tangles easily and dreds up. The way my hair dreaded I would give this hair a 1, however when it was not dreaded and I was able to come through it, it was absolutely beautiful. I don’t know what kind of hair this is, but I’ve never seen anything dred up like this and I was disappointed because I had to discontinue the style early because of how the hair dreaded. I have purchased a lot of bundles and had a lot of hair and my style are low maintenance. I very rarely do negative reviews but the way this hair dreds up is unbelievable.

This has been a terrible experience from the minute I placed the order. First red flag was the tracking number provided was incorrect. I reached out regarding the issue as I’d placed my order and was being notified it was in the way but I was unable to track it. I did get a response 2 days later via WhatsApp and was able to track my package. 2nd issue was the 4-7 week day arrival policy is not enforced. When I began tracking the package I noticed it was sitting at the shipping place for 4 days and had gone past the expected arrival day that the company’s agent gave me. I reached out once again, no response from company. I then reached out to FedEx and was told I can’t do anything as a customer and the sender/vendor needs to contact FedEx to address the situation. I was also told FedEx uses weather delay as a blanket statement for issues with packages that are just sitting at the facility and there in fact was no weather delay. I reached out to the company again. This time I emailed, sent Instagram message, and sent WhatsApp. I finally got a reply 3 days later in which the agent clearly did not read a word I said and just told me to reach out to FedEx and don’t worry the package will eventually come. This whole experience just screams scam. I called my bank got my money and ordered from Eayonhair since I had ordered hair from them the same day as my Lolly hair order and it came within like 4 business days so I knew there was an issue with my order with Lolly, not to mention the hair from the other company was great quality. I had made several appointments and had to continue rescheduling paying cancellation fees due to order not coming yet being told it was on the way, the company says they respond in 2 hrs typically what a lie more like 2-3 days. This has just been awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Perfect fit, love the length the colour, and the quality just amazing, couldn’t ask for anything better. Delivery was right on time.

The hair looks good, but have not installed it yet

Hair is absolutely beautiful, so soft, and true to length! They are very customer service friendly as well. And the hair even comes earlier than the set date most times!
I've been using lolly hair since I was 16 and I'm 19 now, the quality in hair has never strayed away from amazing!
The hair is easy to take care of and maintain, even after washing multiple times, doesnt shed either! I'm not one someone who leaves reviews commonly but they deserve it!

I received my order in a little over a week. But the wig overall was easy to bleach & install. It was perfect for my birthday

I ordered from TikTok and the hair was nothing like advertised. When I said it wasn’t good quality they proceeded to tell me I had to give them a 5 star review for them to agree to a refund. When I pointed out it was unethical they continued to harass me for a 5 star review despite being asked multiple times to stop contacting me.
