For one, when I thought my package did not arrive, customer service was on it a very responsive in a timely matter. Once I received my package and tried on my wig...babe...it did not disappoint...this wig gave every bit of the Brandy's 90s "Sit in My Room" and Tina Turner, "Proud Mary." This wig is giving what it suppose to give babe...I can't wait to wear it to an event this coming Friday...thank you Frodio...you have found you a loyal customer.

I have purchased before from Frodio but always thru tik tok. This is my first time thru there actual website. Up until recently, I would have recommended them. Last year, I bought an 18-inch kinky curly piece and a water wave piece that both held up nicely. The reality and the quality were actually there. Unfortunately, what they are shipping this year is a reflection of pure fraud and terrible quality. I recently ordered a kinky curly ponytail, and it is completely unwearable. It is an entirely different, cheap curl pattern from the one they were shipping last year or displaying on website. To make matters worse, the hair is so severely fried and damaged that simply running my hands through the piece results in a fistful of broken, shedding hair. Frodio seems to be using a deceptive manufacturing method called "single-drawn filler scaling." They only put the true length you paid for on the very top row and the bottom nape row to create a visual "curtain" of length. The entire middle section is secretly packed with short filler tracks that stop halfway down, giving the ponytail a sparse, see-through appearance towards the ends. This was the absolute WORST quality I have seen to date. The quality they are shipping now is not what it used to be. Customer service is awful. Purchase only they tik tok so that your purchase can always be returned. Do not purchase directly from website out of tic toc. They ignore emails to avoid accountability.

I ordered two braided wigs. One wig i really liked but the other wig i didn't like the way it looked in personal. The Fulani wig i didn't like. I contacted Frodio company immediately. I asked them to send me the return instructions. They keep telling me someone get back to me. It has been emails sent back and forth for over a week. I contacted them a few after I decided to send the wig back. I couldn't understand why is it taking one whole week for someone to get me the return of after sending them pictures of the condition of the wig. I showed the wig in same condition. They had sent me. I don't like the wig. If I had saw this wig in person before, I would have never purchased. I don't like the way the wig look. The quality of hair looks different from website. I received wigs quickly after ordering on Aug 28. I received wig on September 1 st. I decided September 2nd to return. I contacted Frodio September 3rd. It has been back and forth emails without giving return instructions. Im so disappointed with this company's customer service. As of today a customer service representative contacted today and asked me to cut wig in half. So I can get my refund quickly and save on shipping cost. I never heard of such a thing. I refused to destroy wig. I believe they will refuse to refund after destroying the wig. DONT order from this company i believe they are scam. They refuse to refund my money back.

I have ordered two units from Frodio and was pleased both times. The quality of the wigs are exceptional. They are both very well made and noone could tell they were not my natural hair.The company has a great selection of affordable wigs which are shipped promptly. I will be ordering again and again and again.

I love my Boho Twist Wig! It's soft, the color is beautiful and it was very affordable. Easy ordering and fast delivery. I hope Frodio does this wig in a honey blonde.

Don't fall for the Facebook hype, I order from frodio hair after seeing glow ads online, but when arrived looked nothing like advertised. the hair is dense cheap looking and completely sup-par. to make matter worse I reach out to customer support multiple times to since they dnt have a phone number only email sad; request return label and a refund I have been met would completely silence, a company with this level of quality and 0 accountability shouldn't be in business save your money and look somewhere else.

I am asking for someone at this company to contact me immediately. I have not received my order. (Wig) since July 29, 2026. Please refund my money back into my bank account!

Update on my recent review. I was told that it took a while for a response because they had a high number of emails. I don’t know if that’s good or not but they offered me a few fair resolutions that I’m pleased with.

I am giving 5 star rating because of the care and concern that was shown to me! The wig that I have is the same 5 stars, I couldn’t be happier!

I've gotten two of their honey blonde box braids wigs 30 in and I'm a chocolate girl. I was Associated first to try this color because I didn't know how I would look but I forgot it installed everyone loved it they thought it was real hair real braids I had to let them know where I got it from and how much I loved it and they then wanted the information to get them one. The hair quality feels like it's human it feels so good I wore this wig in Orlando Florida to the water park now how much more could you ask for. The hair was still going as it should I mean that's why I'm on the side oh that's order another one just to have it because you guys are going to buy them all out well I love their hair

This unit is just beautiful. The hair is beautiful looking like it's growing out of my scalp, I love the texture/ grade and it was beautiful right out the box. I didn't get a chance to take a selfie when I wore it but I received so many compliments, I have ordered before from Frodio and I will be ordering more

I loved the wig! It was full and easy to maintain.You can also switch the part on 3 sides.The shipping was fast. I have been watching the lives and I love the selection of wigs.

At this point frodio got me in a choke hold. It's out the box and ready to wear styles are to convenient. The wig is full, what you see is what you get!!!
