I would not recommend ordering from this company. I took a chance and ordered my daughter's Halloween costume as the quality online looked to be better than some of the other retailers, however the zipper broke during the first time of trying on her costume and there are several areas where the stitching is coming loose. Although, the costume appeared to be better quality online, it is actually constructed poorly and the customer service relating to these issues has been nonexistent. I paid over $50 for this costume thinking that I was purchasing something of higher quality, however I wish I would've just purchased from a local costume shop or even Amazon instead of trusting this company. I strongly recommend not buying from this company.

I ordered my daughter’s Halloween costume on October 8th and still have not received it or even a tracking number. The website states that processing takes 5 days, followed by 5–7 days for shipping.

After 8 days with no tracking information, I reached out and was simply told they had received my order. I followed up again two days later because I still hadn't received any shipping information, and this time I got no response at all.

What's even more frustrating is seeing that numerous other customers have experienced the same issue. If you cannot fulfill orders within your advertised timeframe, you need to be upfront with your customers.

This was supposed to be my daughter’s first Halloween costume, which makes the whole situation even more disappointing. Thankfully, she's too little to remember, but I will. I was so excited for her to wear it, and now I've had to scramble to order something else at the last minute.

Really disappointing experience, especially when you're trusting a business to deliver something for a special occasion. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need something by a specific date.

This site is a SCAM!! Ordered my daughters costume on 10/4/2026 with the expectation that it would be processed within 2-5 business days and then shipping 5-7 business days as this was very clearly stated on the website. Of course like everyone else here, there was no movement on it. I emailed 3 separate times and “savannah” emailed back immediately which showed me that it was clearly an AI response. As soon as I started asking for a refund, i didn’t a response. I thankfully went through a third party payer so they didn’t get my direct card information and they are handling the dispute of charges. Do NOT buy from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The website stated it would be shipped within 5-7 business days and my daughters costume still has not been shipped. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. Do not shop from this place they are a joke! My child will not have her Halloween costume to match her cousins now.

I would not recommend ordering from this place. The clothing is not like advertised in the picture and they do not refund. I ordered a bow peep kids Halloween costume in September did not receive it until mid October. I messaged them beginning of October and said cancel my order I haven’t received my package. I received my package October 15 and they don’t take returns after October 15. I’ve sent multiple emails. nobody has reached out to me so I spent $74 and have nothing to show for it but a cheap piece of material be careful ordering from this place.

I placed an order on October 3rd and my order STILL shows as processing. I ordered early enough to have plenty of time to receive it and my daughter has several days next week that she is supposed to be wearing it. I've emailed them 3 times, marked one as urgent as they say to do and even called a number I found to leave a voicemail. This is insane. Absolutely unacceptable. I know it's just a costume, but my daughter is absolutely devastated and it wasn't cheap.

I did receive a response to my initial inquiry stating that my order was processing and that everything looked good on their end. However, despite that reassurance, there was still no shipment confirmation, tracking information, or explanation for why my order had exceeded the advertised processing timeframe.

This item was purchased for my daughter's Halloween costume, so timing was important. The lack of clear communication and the continued delay left me uncertain whether the costume would arrive in time and forced me to look for alternatives.

Delays can happen, and most customers understand that. What is frustrating is when a company continues to miss its stated timelines without providing meaningful updates or realistic expectations.

At this point, I have requested that my order be canceled and fully refunded. Hopefully, the cancellation process is not as much of a nightmare as the ordering process has been.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered my sons Halloween Costume 10/8. It was supposed to be shipped in 5-7 business days. I've been messaging and emailing everyday for a week with absolutely zero response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A NIGHTMARE! At this point all I want is a refund and can't even get that!

My daughter placed an order for 2 costumes, my cc was charged on 10/10. As of 10/22 no order confirmation or shipment. We have completed the online inquiry form, called the number listed, reached out via FB and no communication.
My daughter placed a SECOND order with expedited shipment on 10/19 to be sure my granddaughter had a costume for an event on 10/23. Got an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation.
Again, reached out text, phone, online form, email, FB and no communication.
We have been charged over $210.00 - no shipments or communication from Lolli and Lace.
Placed an order today with another company to be sure a 3/12 year old has a costume.
Incredibly disappointed at the lack of customer service.
The product they present on their website are beautiful but the customer service is not worth it.

Ordered costume on October 9th that stated 5-7 business days for shipping. As of October 22nd, it’s still “processing” and hasn’t been shipped. I emailed customer service last week and got an automated response that they are busy due to season and when I responded multiple times to cancel my order I never got a response. I disputed the charge.

Awful. Ordered a Halloween costumes on 10/5 and the response I get is that it is still processing. I am now not getting any responses in the past 3 days.

This has been an absolute horrible experience. I place an order for a Halloween costume for my daughter on 10/13. With a shipping of 5-7 business days. My order has been in 'processing' status since I placed the order. I have e-mailed the customer service option 3x already and have NOT received a response yet. Now I am scrambling to find a Halloween costume for my daughter. HORRIBLE!

I placed my order with Lolli and Lace on 10/04 after being told that orders would be delivered within 5–7 days. When I followed up on 10/19, I received an automated AI response stating that they were busy with Halloween and unable to respond to messages. To make matters worse, my order had not even been processed yet!

I have been unable to get in touch with an actual person or get any real answers about my order. Halloween is right around the corner, and now I am left scrambling to find a last-minute costume for my daughter because I trusted this company to fulfill my order within the timeframe they provided.

It is completely unacceptable to take orders, provide an expected delivery timeframe, and then leave customers in the dark when those expectations aren't met. If you know you're too busy to fulfill orders in time or respond to customer inquiries, you should be upfront about it instead of leaving paying customers scrambling at the last minute.

Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional, extremely frustrating, and a huge disappointment.

My experience with Lolli & Lace has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter on October 7, and getting a straightforward update about my order has been unnecessarily difficult. Customer support has been unresponsive, and I’ve had to repeatedly reach out just to try to find out what’s going on with an order I’ve already paid for.

Savannah’s handling of this situation has been especially disappointing. When you’re ordering a costume for a child for a specific holiday, communication and timely shipping are essential. Leaving a customer wondering whether their order will even arrive, with Halloween quickly approaching, is unacceptable.

The entire experience has left a terrible impression of this company. A business should not make customers chase them down for basic information about an order. I’ve wasted time worrying about whether my daughter will have a costume for Halloween when this should have been a simple purchase.

Poor communication, disappointing customer support, and a frustrating overall experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
