I had a fantastic experience ordering custom t-shirts with my company logo. The service was professional and friendly, with great support at every step of the order. Everything was very well organized, the delivery was quick, and the final product exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality and attention to detail, I would definitely order again.

Even with the bad rating they have i thought I will give them a shot...Bad decision...No response after incorrect order was sent, been chasing for 2 months and no one responds. Finally they respond and tell me its "Standard Industry practise" to get the design slightly incorrect even after you have specifically approved a certain mockup ...so basically they can double the size without client approval. They also have false advertising for 4.9 google rating when their google business profile page doesn't even exist/cant be found. Scam, beware, use at your own risk.

Website is very easy to use.
I love that when you add items to cart they show you mock ups of your logo on their shirts.

They removed the background from my logo and sent SMS and email reminders.
The process was really easy and I am happy with my order.

Great company to work with, there design previews are very easy and quick.
They could have better communication on their live chat, however aside from that, the t shirt quality and printing is great and we have washed it many times without any issues

We ordered uniforms from logoed, the polo shirts and hoodies were great.
The embroidery and printing quality was fantastic and the hoodies are super comfy.

Fake address. No one answer the phone. failed to deliver within 7 days. No business place in Australia.

Recently ordered some branded tshirts for my caricature business (TIPPETTURES). I needed a personal refresh. Ordering the product was super easy - uploading images and getting proof in quick time. Order dispatched in quick time as well. Product and print quality excellent. Cheers - I'll be ordering other things from you guys.

Would not recommend using this company. The fast turn around was far from that took over four weeks to have my order completed. The end product is crap, the shirts are of decent quality but the screen printing on all shirts has separated and rubbed off on the first day of use! Don’t waste your money support your local embroider/screen printers as the price will be pretty much the same. I don’t see these ‘work shirts’ lasting much work with the logos intact.

Everything that could go wrong, went wrong!!!
Due to moving away, I decided to get my clients some Merch as a going away present. I place my orders nearly over 4 weeks ago and still waiting on 2/3 orders to arrive. I have explained numerous of times that these orders are urgent and that I placed them with enough time before me leaving so I shouldn’t have had to put express of them!
I don’t get any updates unless I ask. One of my orders has apparently been processed & shipped the day I placed the order, but when actually messaging the company that order only started in production like last week!
I’ve spent nearly $1,000 and it looks like I may not be getting my 2/3 orders in time for my going away. And I can’t exactly stop in and drop them off due to moving to the other side of the state!

Wish I did my research more picked a place with better reviews

Just plain old false advertising
They asked me to pay extra, even though it said complimentary dezyne I paid it said dispatch 4 to 7 days it’s been over a month

worst customer service of all time - website was down for multiple days never shipped out my order COMPLETE SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Just lies and ignore request for refund. Reported to fair trading. Absolutely terrible customer service. Worst I have ever dealt with

Over promised and didn’t deliver.

Very prompt at locking me into a purchase and promised a turn around for a specific event date. Didn’t arrive as promised. Paid express post with it promised to be shipped from Melbourne which would have gotten to me overnight through Aus Post. They used courier which went via Sydney. Do not recommend and won’t use again.

They are a scam!! Do not use them!!! Our order is extremely late or it’s never coming…. We had an event and ordered weeks prior but they haven’t arrived…. Extremely hard to contact as their phone number is not working and they don’t reply via message.

First and last time.
Ordered over a week ago, and they are useless at getting the order out.
So casual with their email, like they actually dont give a toss once they have your cash.

Replies like this at day 5 after order.
"Your order is expected to be dispatched later this week. You’ll receive the tracking details as soon as it has been sent out.

Then 7 days after order
"Your order is currently being processed at our Melbourne factory and is expected to be dispatched by this weekend. We’ll provide an update as soon as your order has been completed and shipped."
Today I called, and a lady said she will call the warehouse and get straight back to me, as I explained the urgency of this now late order.
Ive heard nothing and now calling for the 5th time for the phone to ring out whilst I hear the sales pitch of how great this company will be at developing your brand.
Thank you, Loggoed, for losing me a lost customer and a bad review due to you having no clue on how to run a business or provide good customer service.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS

I had a very disappointing experience with Logoed. Their service was pathetic—my order was mishandled and delayed without proper updates. When I tried reaching out, their customer service was equally unhelpful, with slow responses and no real solutions. I expected a professional experience, but unfortunately it fell far short. I would not recommend this company.

UPDATED.
As much as I have finally received my order, it took some threatening to go to consumer affairs to and my bank to have the items I ordered delivered within the timeframe I was promised.
Once the items were received, I am happy with them, they actually look great, however the entire process left alot to be desired.
I have now been contacted and asked to review my review.
I told them that I will delete my review if I order them from again and I don't have drama!

Currently having an extremely difficult transaction.
Placed an order and PAID IN FULL on 4th September. Mock ups were sent and accepted and then they told me that the pictures weren’t good enough and I had to pay extra. I asked for an immediate refund so they gave me free Vector service.
I have tried to ring them and can’t get through.
I finally had someone ring me and assure me that my order would be processed and sent out by 11th by express post.
To date I haven’t received anything.
Every time I message I get told a different story.
I spent money and I would like to be able to get what I paid for.
