We were impressed with the cost of the lock being considerably less than others we had looked at.
Ordering a lock and extra key I chose next day delivery.
Item arrived and fitted by ourselves.

Terrible customer service!!!! Avoid auba bit more and get better service and quality
Accidentally ordered wrong size lock after contacting them to see I could exchange was just given it link to buy another. Paid extra for next day delivery and received it three days later and was told same day despatch isn't guaranteed.
