Excellent service by Carl and his team. I called yesterday afternoon regarding the patio door not locking, and Locksmith12 were able to come to the house straightaway and fix the problem. They did an excellent job. This is the second time I’ve used them. I would highly recommend them.

Catalin gave excellent service. Came out the very same day, and gave great communication about his arrival time and all costs upfront. He got the job done quickly, the door is good as new, and he even went as far as cleaning up everything when he was done. All in all, 10/10. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, called and came within the hour and sorted our electric lock that broke, and then gave honest advice on what my options were. I said I'd speak to my partner, there was no pressure at all, just a lovely friendly interaction. I then called the following week to book for him to come back, he came with the equipment. Pricing is impressive for this day and age too, which was a relief! He even cleared up the bit of wood mess that came off the door. Highly recommend, great honest service and deserve the work for not ripping you off!

Quick and professional lock replacement
Carl responded quickly and fitted me in at 5:30 on a Friday. Very professional, considerate and he also gave me good general security advice. The new locks he fitted are of excellent quality and no mess or fuss in installation. Will use again.
