Very quick and efficient service from the first phone call to fitting the new lock.

Excellent service from this company. Even though it was not an emergency they responded quickly to my request and I was pleased with the quality of the work.

Spoke to Saxon morning of 3/7/25 Unable to lock door, he arrived promptly at 2pm, as arranged and sorted problem, professional and courteous, said that problem was due to excessive heat and to call again if I had further problems. I had to call again on 14/7 as door was sticking, not same problem but connected due to heat. I messaged Saxon and he attended that afternoon. Problem sorted, door working well, didn’t charge me as part of original call-out, again, most courteous and professional. Would certainly recommend.

Very curtious and helpful took lock off then opened garage door for me. Waited until I had finished then shut and locked the door for me.

I had my bag stolen and couldn't get in my house but I had spare keys inside. Called to see how much a lock Smith would be to get me in "£69 and we will get you inside the house"
Guy turned up just laughing! £370 odd quid later!!! I'm feeling fully taken advantage of and extremely upset.
Now I know you might be thinking well it must've been obvious that you wouldn't get in for £69 but because those exact words were used I blindly booked the guy to come out who corrected it was just £69 to get him to site. I'm basically then held at ransom, no phone or wallet as it had been stolen and not happy one little bit.

I was very impressed when James volunteered to take a look at the problem during his lunch break and provide the expert advice I needed.
When the replacement door handles were later fitted, the result was a great improvement.
I would be happy to use his services again..
