Ok perfect!

Quick at the office (recommend to do check in in their app/site before going there). Quick at pick up and quick at the drop off. Took photos of the car just in case, but the employer barely looked at the car in the end. The car was almost new and was nice surprise. The only thing that didn't went as good was the water of the windshield cleaner was empty, but nothing to worry to much. Recommend!

Car was modern and in very good condition. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Made collecting and dropping off at seperate locations very easy.

Only downside was i was give a smaller car than requested.

Disponibilità del personale locale (aeroporto di Treviso), sito web di prenotazione fatto bene. Apprezzato lo sconto se prenotato online e la mancanza di deposito cauzionale che mi lascia più libertà d'uso della carta.

I booked a car with a manual transmission, but the girl at the rental office offered me a car with an automatic transmission for the same price. The car was new and a hybrid, which allowed me to save on fuel.

I got free upgrade and fast services. They don’t stress you with another insurrance if you got one and there is no deposit

Il check in è stato veloce e l'auto ricevuta era nuovissima e perfettamente pulita. Tutto ok alla riconsegna ed il solo deposito trattenuto è stato di 0,01 euro, immediatamente rimborsato alla consegna dell'auto. Posso essere solo soddisfatto sia del prezzo che del servizio ricevuto.

Servicio en general muy rápido (gestión de documentación, entrega y devolución del coche). El coche estaba completamente nuevo. Sin duda, 100% recomendable.

During a car rental in Treviso (Italy), I experienced an incident that prevented me from accessing the vehicle.
The supplier’s staff initially informed me that there was no spare key available and that I would need to rely on external assistance, which created a situation of stress and uncertainty.
Subsequently, I was required to pay €100 in cash as a condition to unlock the vehicle.
Under the pressure of potentially missing my flight and having no real alternatives, I was forced to accept this cash payment, without being provided with any receipt, invoice, or proof of payment.
The vehicle was ultimately opened after making the payment, which clearly demonstrates that the service was indeed provided by the supplier, contradicting the initial information given.
I have submitted proof of cash withdrawal at the time of the incident. However, the supplier (Locauto) denies having received the payment and has not issued any documentation, while the intermediary company (DiscoverCars) refuses any responsibility, relying solely on the supplier’s version without conducting any independent verification.
I consider these facts to constitute an abusive and unacceptable practice, involving a cash payment requested under pressure and without documentation, leaving the consumer in a clear situation of disadvantage and lack of protection, contrary to European consumer protection regulations.
Therefore, I formally request the intervention of the competent authority to obtain a refund of the €100 paid, as well as a review of the supplier’s conduct in Treviso (Italy).
