Taking my deceased wife off my will
I had to change, re-new my current will as my wife had recently passed away. The staff at local will writer gave me clear and honest advice about how to complete this task. I had only just arranged an appointment via the website and received a phone call from secure legacy almost straight away. They talked me through all the steps of completing the will. I then laid out to them what details I wanted to be included in the document. They treated me with real empathy and compassion as I had just recently lost my wife and they really paid attention to everything that I had to say. I paid a £20.00 deposit at this stage and would have to pay the remaining £27.00 on completion of the document. I was then emailed a draft copy of the will to look over all the details I had requested to be included in the will. They made it really simple for me to understand and all I had to do was confirm the will was correct via email. They then sent the will package out to me via the postal system. All I had to do then was get two witnesses to sign the rear page and sign it myself. It was as simple as that, It was a breath of fresh air not to be buried in legal phrases and complicated paragraphs. I would recommend using this company for any legal requirements that you need.

Do not pay this company for LPA forms
Do not pay this company for LPA forms! They are readily available on the Gov.com website for you to complete yourself for a much smaller fee. This company lead my Dad to believe they could complete the process for him for £400 which is cheaper than going through a solicitor. Although that may be true, what they neglected to mention is that they just fill in the gov.com forms online that any idiot can do themselves and then charge you £400 for the privilege. We called legacy wills to try to come to an agreement as we were still happy to go ahead with the will but wanted to withdraw from the LPA and asked for a refund. The lady on the phone quickly lost her temper with my Dad and said it was written in their terms and conditions that you won’t get a refund after 14 days of payment. When my Dad explained that he didn’t understand what the point of paying all the money was for she proceeded to keep interrupting my Dad and said “I don’t know what you want me to do, it’s in our terms and conditions on our website”. This company shows a complete lack of empathy for people who are elderly and aren’t as online literate as others. He was never sent any terms and conditions or signed any acceptance of these terms at any stage. He did everything on the phone and email and was convinced to do the LPA forms via this company under the guise of being a great deal. Which it is not. Very disappointed with the customer service (or lack thereof) that we have received from this company.
