As always we had an excellent experience in Loaf Guildford. Chloe was fantastic; enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the products and gave us time to ourselves but was on hand to help when required! We trialled numerous sample swatches to decide on our fabric and it was really helpful to be able to drape them over various sofas in different lights. We can't wait to receive our new sofa! Thank you Chloe and team, all in all a fab experience.

Two super ladies in the Guildford Store served my husband and I they were so helpful. We bought one pink velvet cushion and they ordered a second one for us. It was delivered two days later and we are so pleased with them and the service from Loaf. Thank you

When we visited Loaf in Guildford on thursday 30th April 2026, we were blown away by the customer service. The friendly bubbly chap that helped us was great, a real credit to your company. Definitely will recommend to others. Just waiting on our new sofa now.

The show room is really clean and lovely.
The staff are so nice. Shout out to the lady who helped us with our purchase of sofas and things.

Also it was nice when I browsed a week before that I was given info but not pushed into buying anything. It made me super comfortable to come back with my partner and finalise everything. If it felt pushy I would have gone somewhere else I think.

Oh and they gifted us mugs to have something to take away with us and I just thought that was really lovely, thank you.

Excellent shopping experience at the Guildford branch of Loaf. Penny, one of the advisors, was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, helping when we had questions and clearly explaining the different options available to us. She was very knowledgable about the products. 10/10 for a positive shopping experience.

I had done some research online before hitting the store. Great selection of products, really good advice from the team (high five Penny!) and it made all the difference to try out the sofa and to play with the large colour samples in the right light. Helped us make a decision and purchase there and then.

Little explanation as to the product (sofa and footstool) in relation to size (not displayed in shop)…..
staff were not busy and seem very relaxed!

In the shop in Guildford sales consultant gave me all nessesary information about the products I liked and helped me to order them.

The lady we spoke to at the Guildford shop was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products but the selection on show of sofas, loveseats and armchairs was very disappointing, I am sure with a little rearranging more of your seating could have been fitted in to the showroom.
The sofa and loveseat that we originally wanted was not on display or at any other loaf showroom.
In the end we had to order a armchair that was not on view and did not match the sofa.
I know that showroom space is very limited but as most people who are visiting are only interested in seating then perhaps more thought could have been given to try and include at least one of each in the range.
Your sofas, loveseats and armchairs are certainly not the cheapest so having to buy from a picture and not being able to sit and test if it is comfortable and suitable is a shame.

Fabulous customer service as always, both by phone and in person at the Guildford store. I have a few items of furniture from LOAF plus soft furnishings and all are of the utmost good quality.

Having visited a few shops to purchase a sofa , my daughter in law and I headed to loaf in Guildford .
We were met by a happy friendly team and Seren ( I hope I have her name right ) helped us make our selection.
Seren was professional but friendly , not pushy but knowledgable .she guided us through the different options with helpful advice on styles and colour.
This was exactly the help I needed , which sadly I didn’t recieve anywhere else. Sofa buying is a big investment so helpful advice is essential
I have now ordered and can’t wait for delivery
