Hi Emerson,
I'm sorry to hear you have had a bad experience, unfortunately nationwide royal mail strikes on the 30th of November and the 1st of December caused delays across all our orders last week.
I can see from our system your order was packaged and shipped on the 28th of November the day your order was placed, due to the strikes it was not processed until the 2nd of December and received by you on the 3rd.
I have refunded your shipping and apologise for the effects the royal mail strikes have had on your experience with us, please also keep an eye out on the website and your emails as we try to keep everyone updated with the strikes as they develop.
Thanks,
Mike
