Tool Exchange Omdömen

Very quick response and quote but don't expect much for your tools. The price offered is exactly half of what I can sell online myself. Sure, they have costs and need to make a profit too. I would probably sell to them if I was strapped for cash and needed the money quickly, thankfully I am not in that situation.

I sent Tool Exchange an email detailing my unwanted power tools, very quickly I received a polite reply with a fair offer to purchase some of them.
I agreed to the offer and was then given accurate postage details that I completed.
The transaction went very well and I was very pleased with the whole experience.
I would highly recommend Tool Exchange. Thank you.

It was amazing experience. They are very quick and appropriate

Easy Process
Tool exchange contacted me very quickly and made the whole process of trading in my late husbands power tools was very easy.

Being a small charity group we get donations of tools that we sell to raise funds. We have used Tool Exchange to do this and have appreciated the quick response to enquiries and the ease of dispatching items and receiving payment

Fantastic service from the team here. Very patient with myself and found the perfect delivery option in order for me to fulfill my quote.

Excellent service

Got a fair price for selling my DEWALT tools. Tool Exchange made the transaction and collection of the tools easy. Will use again. Thank you.

They did everything they said they would. Hassle free and fast. I would certainly use again

The procedure was relatively straightforward. I registered my two tools, received a quote which I accepted, then the courier came and picked up the tools. The money then arrived in my bank account.
However, there seemed to be some confusion as to whether I was selling one tool or two. In several of their communications they said "tool" instead of "tools", which I think anything of, but then when the courier came he wasn't happy that he had to collect two tools when he been told only one. He collected them both but went away muttering to himself. I think words would have been said back at Head Office.

Very quick delivery and money transfers no hassle very happy good prices thanks

First class. Mike Hughes exceptional service.

Sold my 18v bosch tools. Quick response to my query. Instructions and details were clear and easy to understand.
Decent price offered for tools.
Money was put into bank straight away
Would highly recommend if you don't want to sell tools privately 5 stars

A great company to deal with, extremely helpful from start to finish. Would definitely use again. You will not be disappointed.

Was a bit wary sending off an expensive power tool to an online company. However, my experience has been brilliant - quote received quickly, straightforward process and money paid into my account upon confirmation of passing the on-site tool test. Would use again and recommend - great service.

It was very straightforward and quick. I have no printer but using the code provided enabled a label to be printed. Would definitely use again.
