The site was easy to navigate & i knew my home insurance was due to start again end Sept.
In looking at was on offer, although you sent me the bronze offer, i settled on the GOLD insurance, as offered me all i wanted, as always choose accidental damage, just in case!!! & even adding on outside protection for goods carried outside the home etc, it was nearly £4 cheaper than what i pay at present without the outside cover. Yes i could have gone online, but i very much doubt i would have been offered better.
Plus Lloyds has a good reputation & i noticed has won an award. Last 2 time iv taken insurance, i made the mistake of then finding out it was through a broker!!! I dont want to do things on a portal etc online, its probably ok for younger people, but for older people, we just want to ring a number that is our insurers number & speak to a human being, if we need to.
Only thing i would add i will need to ring, as i like to have paper documentation laying out all terms, wish there had been a tick box on the site to request it.

Excellent value and great cover for my needs.
One of the best and easiest quotes to obtain without pages of questions to complete. The price quoted was a lot less than what others had quoted and in some cases offered better cover. I will certainly use Lloyds for comparison when it's time to renew.

No heating and hot water
Lloyds home insurance have left us with no heating and no hot water in our home with a 3 month old baby and 2 year old. Which is of course a serious welfare issue.
