It was an easy application and fitted my needs.
The app was easy to understand and especially as i am dealing with bereavement at this time.
It was not a big form to fill in or waiting in a long queue to get it sorted.

Worst customer service experienced for car insurance. No renewal price on the website at all that I could find. Called and passed around for well over 30 minutes and 4 different numbers. Few times being cut off after a long hold.
