Assolutamente inaffidabili, finchè non risolveranno il problema che ho incontrato con la società a cui mi hanno affidato per un appartamento in condizioni insalubri ed invivibile, nonostante scrivano che è tutto garantito e sicuro. Su instagram livin_france la loro pubblicità è "No bad surprise" infatti sono "Very bad surprise". Risolvete il problema, tanto lo conoscete ed allora termineranno i problemi ed il contenzioso. Il video dell'abitazione completamente artefatto rispetto allo stato attuale. Vergogna! Menomale che esistono questi siti fidati come trustpilot!!

Mia figlia ha affittato attraverso questa piattaforma un appartamento insieme ad una sua compagna di studi sito a 30 rue de mulhouse . Stipulato il contratto l’hanno girata su OQORO un loro intermediario . Ieri nel verificare l’appartamento presentato attraverso un bellissimo video in fase di proposizione la sorpresa: locali fatiscenti , muffa sulle pareti, inserti e scarafaggi in giro per casa provenienti dal giardino incolto che sembra una foresta. Sicurezza della porta compromessa da un precedente tentativo di furto . Nessuna assistenza di Oqoro. Mia figlia insieme alla sua amica hanno rifiutato di prendere possesso dell’appartamento e sono dovute ricorrere ad un albergo. Nessuna assistenza né di livinfrance né della loro consociata Oqoro la solita truffa ai danni di poveri studenti. Ricorrerò ad un legale per riavere indietro i soldi anticipati

I used LivinFrance to find accommodation during my Erasmus exchange in France.

My biggest issue is the service fee. In my case, I paid €580, which was twice as much as my monthly rent. I knew about the fee beforehand, so it wasn't unexpected, but for that amount I expected much more support. In reality, after securing the accommodation, I was mostly left to communicate with the company managing the apartment myself. At times, I even had to communicate with both them and LivinFrance about the same things, which made the process more complicated rather than easier.

I also received a large number of emails and WhatsApp messages from their agents that were often of little use. Even after I deleted my account, they continued contacting me. I had to ask them to remove my contact information and follow up again after my request was simply left on seen.

I was also pushed to start paying for the room earlier than I actually needed to move in. Looking back, I regret agreeing to this and would advise other students to stick to the move-in date they actually need.

To be fair, LivinFrance did help me find legitimate accommodation, which gave me some peace of mind as an Erasmus student arriving in France. However, considering the fee I paid, I personally don't feel the service was proportional to the price.

My advice to other Erasmus students would be to search the apartment address and check whether it is managed or owned by another legitimate company. If you can identify the actual company managing the accommodation and it seems legit, I would personally try to book it directly rather than paying an additional fee to go through LivinFrance. In my experience, going through LivinFrance added a lot of unnecessary hassle without providing enough additional value.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company for booking as a student. They work with another company called Colocatere through which they randomly processed my booking - and it was the worst experience possible. They didnt prepare for my arrival so I had to stay a week in an Airbnb, they didnt answer emails or provide other contacts, I even visited the agency and they were conveniently closed. They also didnt speak english. They also didnt react when I filled out a form informing them of mold in my assigned room, they just sent someone to take a picture of it and ignored it. I am 100% they are trying to prey on foreign students and even though I booked originally through Livinfrance who communicated well and were helpful when needed - they didnt resolve my housing issue with the other party. Therefore I must recommend you to stay away from both until you are 100% sure the booking is NOT GOING through this partner.

I had a really disappointing experience with LivinFrance. I paid all the required fees expecting clear information and proper support throughout my process, but that wasn't what I received.

When it came to my housing situation and the French legal process, I wasn't given the guidance I needed. Important information was only sent through the same email system that was also used for commercial and promotional emails, so there was no clear distinction between marketing messages and information that required immediate action. I believe important legal and housing-related updates should have been communicated much more clearly.

Because of this lack of communication, I am now dealing with consequences that could have been avoided if the process had been explained properly from the beginning. I had other agents who helped me with different parts of my move, but this specific situation was LivinFrance's responsibility, and I don't think they provided the level of support and commitment that I paid for. I hope future students receive clearer communication so they don't end up in the same situation.

My experience with this agency was far from smooth. As they act as a middleman between the tenant and the owner, the negotiation process was lengthy and lacked clarity. I was repeatedly asked for additional documents after the initial submission, which made the application process feel unorganized. Given the high service fees, I expected a much more streamlined experience. Unfortunately, the level of service provided did not feel worth the price.

so first of all to clarify I found my Apartment through live in france and I have to say it was quite easy but liv in france makes some false claims which is not fair. One of their claims is you don’t need a guarantor when searching with liv in france. This is simply not true later on they will ask for a guarantor because the landlord wants a second guarantor as well 😂😂😂 this is a straight up lie they don’t need a second one they need the first one because liv in france doesn’t Act as an guarantor at all. Then you should know that liv in france does nothing except beeing an intermediar when searching for an apartment and they want huge fees for simply doing nothing. You can find the same apartments for the same price just at the landlords Webseite or any other website. So to sum everything up liv in France does nothing special or offers more service or anything like that compared to free websites where you can find an accommodation as well. They just make false claims and charge you huge fees but still I found my apartment there so it still works and is not a scam but you should know they offer nothing special or are easier than other sites to look.
