A few things to improve on. Online portal needs work to show what’s happening on a case. The phone lines seem to cut off regularly. Good you can speak to the underwriters

Absolutely delighted that I stumbled across this company by accident in my hour of need.
I was in need of a mortgage as the term of my mortgage had finished with my own lender. The company that my mortgage was placed with were being very punitive with me and basically demanded full payment. This caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I am 67 years old with a reasonably good credit rating in a well paid job, however every lender that I spoke to said they couldn't help.
I started to search the market and I came across Livemore Mortgages. From start to finish I was supported by Marcus Lytle my caseworker. Marcus was so helpful and very quick to respond getting back to me to give me a progress update on my application. Marcus gave me some hope that Livemore could offer me a mortgage deal. Marcus was a lifesaver. I thought that I may have to sell my home to pay my current lender back. I was very worried.
Marcus answered any questions that I had and he gave me regular updates on how my application was going and he even emailed the lender at my request to let them know that I had a mortgage offer. This gave me some breathing space.
During this stage of the application I was transferred over to Lee Miller in the processing stage Lee really helped me by answering my queries very promptly. This kept the ball rolling and I was not far away from finalising the new mortgage thanks to both Marcus and Lee who worked collaboratively to get my deal done. It was very thorough everything was explained to me and I was offered a few different options. i was able to make an informed choice and I was contacted by a lovely lady Lizzy in the underwriters department. Lizzy finalized matters and was very reassuring to me that my mortgage would be put into place and a conveyancing solicitor will complete the transfer from my previous lender to Livemore.
The solicitor O'Neil Patient Ltd that they recommended was also absolutely brilliant and I didn't pay any costs it was built into my deal. I received a very efficient service and couldn't believe it when I received a txt to say that your mortgage transfer was completed today.
All this hard work was done between Marcus Lee and Lizzy. I received an excellent service from Livemore colleagues and the job was done from start to finish within a matter of 12 weeks.
I feel confident that the advice that I was given was from professionals that had my best interests at heart. I was fearful of going with another company as there are so many other organisations that try to push you into deals that benefit no one but themselves.
I completed on my mortgage on 22nd February, the peace of mind that I have is hard to describe. I have manageable repayments the right term to enable me to repay and I am a very happy customer.
I would definitely recommend Livemore to other people who are looking for a reliable and ethical company.
I personally want to thank Marcus Lee and lizzie for their help. You will never know the difference you have made to my life.

Everyone was so helpful and didn’t mind spending time going over things if needed. They were very patience and didn’t mind if you went off chatting about something other than the mortgage.
The staff explained really clearly the different mortgage options, making sure each time it was understood what each mortgage was available to you.

We just completed our re-mortgage on the 22nd Jan 2024 with Livemore and I must say .... what a refreshing, human experience. Re-mortgaging can be a fretful experience but Livemore made it easy. They were sensitive to our circumstances (self employed) and provided excellent, clear communications and their responses were always timely. Its a breath of fresh that there is a mortgage provider who is happy to look at older people who do not want to stop working and who want to look after their family and not rely on Equity Release. I had a client whose future income is dependent on income from property. I wanted a RIO for them. Looking more traditional / insurance based lenders, this is not an income that they would not consider in the same way. They did a lot of due diligence, which is to be expected but were so easy to deal with and very fast with updates. Their systems are very easy to use and give you all the options for the client. They also have great BDM’s to support the intermediary during the client journey. Finally, they wait until they have had all the information they need to make a decision before asking the client to pay for the valuation!
Will use again whenever possible.
