I ordered a size 14 and the shoes I received are no way a size 14.

Ordered on 2/17, still not received them on 4/4... I wish i found this site before ordering. I'm 100% going to go after them, you can't do this to people and get away with it.

I purchased shoes from this company and had a bad experience. The ship time was over a month and when I finally got the shoes, they were way too small (I ordered a 39 which is a size 8.5, never had issues with shoe sizing from other online shoe companies) so I requested to return. I was informed that I couldn’t return the shoes because they were on sale, which was a condition buried in their return policy that I didn’t see ahead of time.

Agree with many of the other comments. TERRIBLE quality product and the company does not allow returns despite advertising them right on the product page. A scam and nothing more.

Bought the orthopedic shoes, finally came in but were way too small and very cheap.

There is no way I'd ever shop this company again. They have a no return policy so the garbage clothes they send are yours whether you like them or not. Too bad if they don't fit since that also means you own them forever. Buyer beware. It's a company that does not deserve your business.

I do not recommend purchasing shoes from this company.
My order was placed on 1/31 and my order has not even been shipped yet on 2/17.
I’ve asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded, and their response was that the shoes already shipped which is not what the status says…..
Don’t buy from them.

Only giving these people one star because I can’t give a zero star. Shoes ordered took over three weeks to arrive, and when they did, they were not even close to the size I ordered…much smaller than the measurements and size ordered using their size chart. The quality was very cheap as well. The follow up emails notifying me of multiple delays came from various countries in various languages. I reached out within a few days, well within the 14-day return policy, but was told sale items were not returnable. This is not stated anywhere in their lengthy return policy, which I read carefully. After several emails, I was offered the opportunity to purchase something else at a 50% discount, which I declined. Their resolution was a suggestion to gift the shoes to someone with smaller feet. Needless to say, this is a fraudulent online store with cheap merchandise. Please don’t order from them or you will be disappointed with both the quality of merchandise and extremely poor customer service.

I bought a pair of Vintage orthopedic shoes. First off it took from August 21 to Sept 16 for my shoes to arrive. I did receive an email stating they were delayed because of high demand.
When they arrived, the smell of new glue and other chemicals was so bad! There is nothing orthopedic about this shoe, the inner-sole is thin and flimsy. They are way too small! I ordered an 9.5 and they are not even an 9. And then the tip of the shoe has a brown painted finish, not even another material, just painted on!. I requested a return, and they told me it was a sale item and couldn’t be returned! Even though in my opinion they are damaged goods! there is no indication of their return policy when you place your order. You have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the website. I was really hoping for good things. I wish i could show photos!
