Flexible, supportive job
Have been working with Livelines now since Covid started and haven't gone back to my original job because my income and hours have been so much better since. I can work when it suits me, choosing the busiest times I would like to work as my set shifts which really helps me out because that's my guaranteed income. I have had to speak to a couple of supervisors about customers and about technical support but each time they have always been really helpful and supportive. I love this job because it works around my school runs, my evenings that I'm busy and any other commitments that my children end up signing me up to. I can honestly say I feel like I am using my spiritual abilities for good instead of sitting on them making them useless. I feel much more connected to my customers the longer I work here also as my channels grow.

Thankless company - looking for a better place, leaving soon!
Currently working for livelines / Trusted psychics as a Tarot reader and I am absolutley sick to the teeth of these unskilled untrained "supervisors" and their attitude to the readers. WE ARE NOT YOUR EMPLOYEES - WE PAY YOUR WAGES SO STOP BEING SO RUDE ... No thanks whatsoever, just constant complaining... If I log off they call me up aggressively telling me to log on! They refer to it as a job - IT IS NOT A JOB ... Jobs have sick pay, benefits, health care, paid holiday - these are standard employment laws- WE PAY OUR OWN TAXES. YOU DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO SPEAK TO US LIKE YOU DO!
If the management want people to log on more, then I suggest they up the pay, or create better incentives, i.e. bonuses AND/OR tiered pay rates... BULLYING US WILL NOT WORK we are spiritualists, so think about that. Demanding 20 hours a week then speaking to people like dirt is BAD PRACTICE ... I will be leaving soon and going to a better psychic provider, and in fact I am looking at starting my own competitor psychic business that will offer more respect and incentives so watch your back livelines!!

I Love Being a READER!
I’ve been a psychic all my life and thanks to Trusted Psychics I can share my blessings with those who need it most. I love this job. I meet new people everyday and I’m able to have a positive influence on their lives. For anyone who’s interested in joining, I’d say it’s definitely worth giving it a shot.
