connected straight away and the experience was amazing. my regular go to site. the customer services is great too they email you straight back. ive only spoken to two readers.

I just do not get the negative reviews with this company - I work with them and I actually returned to them after many years - they are the most genuine company I have ever worked with - they do care - the evidence for this is the price you pay for a reading from a top class psychic reader - they were so caring and understanding with me over the loss of my pet recently and showed so much compassion - do not believe the negatives as it so easy to show criticism - give them a go and you will see that they make psychic readings accessible to everyone and its not just all about the money with them - I have worked with some companies who charge a fortune - Livelines as been there for many years and I hope they carry on going from strength to strength !

I had another reading with mollie other night as I have had another reading and appeared to be accurate so that’s why I went back for some more clarity although she seemed very accurate at time I now question whether it was pure guesswork as 90% of customers looking for a relationship reading have same issues, both occasions she said there’s was 2 guys one I know and but the second one gave a different description from time before on second call she said I would be drawn to one on a dating site and she was very keen to push me into the direction of a dating site called hinge and said there’s a guy on there and been on there 6 months with no luck only had acquaintances which I found very bazar, however did come up with similar information for the one I know but now the timeframe was different on when we would get together which now has left me questioning whether she’s is actually genuine or not

Just had a reading. It was clear the lady didn’t have a connection as the information she gave was the opposite of my experience in career. She spent a considerable amount of time talking about her skin therapist. Then said I have a partner which is incorrect then talked about her relationship! Very friendly but not accurate at all.

Lovely place to work for, really helpful, considerate, and patient! Only moving because of a new opportunity that I want to follow.

Firstly let me dispell a few myths, I work for Trusted Psychics as a Tarot Reader, and I was offered no incentive to write this post. I have my own mind and my own opinions. Look me up.... Cougar nan Lang!
Firstly, most of the criticism levelled at TP is ridiculous. Of course there's an expectation to do a dedicated shift, all works shifts are dedicated, it's called work! This is a Service that needs covering 24 hours a day. TP is asking you to commit to just a few dedicated shifts a week, unsociable times, with low Reader numbers, I fail to see what the problem is. There's no surprises, it's there in the induction information.
Trusted Psychics also rely on length of calls for revenue, again, what's the problem? This is an entertainment Company. Keep your Customer happy, make money, anyone with any other expectation is deluded. I am constantly engaged on calls, So someone's getting through, and usually to the Reader they want.
Finally, if you cannot Read Tarot and you don't deliver a high quality Service, of course the Supervisor will log you off and ultimately end your work with them. Customer Service is everything.
Can anyone just roll up and work for TP? Absolutely not! You have to be skilled in your craft, engaging, kind and hardworking.
If you're not then this is not the Company for you, if you fulfil their criteria, then you can look forward to reliable pay, good support and a good income, if you put the hours in.
TP does not exploit vulnerable people. I am a professional, this means that it is my responsibility to work within Trusted Psychics strict ethical guidelines. All calls are monitored to protect both Reader and Client. My Customers are very intelligent, shrewd users of this Service, I wouldn't class any of them as vulnerable or exploited.
Trusted Psychics is a great Company to work for and provides some very talented Psychics.

You win some you lose some. It really is the luck of the draw. One cap doesn't fit all. Some psychics with excellent reviews don't connect with me. I'm not saying that they are good or bad they are just not for me. I will recommend 1 reader who blew me completely away and didn't ask questions: MARANTA - 7625 she is new and unrecognised so get through before you can't.

However, When you get through to the woman on the customer service desk who seems to take every comment personally what do you do. It seems that there is only one person handling customer complaints/queries and she is far from people friendly. After wasting 30 minutes trying to get through to Brian I complained about being put through to different readers. She blocked me from using the site lol. I didn't swear or feel that I insulted her but she took offence because I believe it is my right to complain.

Anyway I refuse to let my favourite reader suffer because of her immaturity. I noticed that now, they will tell you that they are putting you through to someone else but they still take your money lol.

Well I give this 2 stars. First of all, it was pretty accurate but then there's the other points which I will get too. First I was asked my name and my month of birth, then my email. She also mentioned the number 47 because I was reading about number 47 which I have seen a lot. I was told my guardian angel is Poyel. The psychic said a lot of good things coming ahead like wealth, happiness and so on. But then she also told me to be careful and that I need to protect myself and that she see dark clouds coming that blocks the sun. I then asked how to protect myself and she says that she can make me connect to Mrs Christina. But then I have to register on their site, there's payment and all that. No more info. Now I'm left with no clue more than that perhaps someone's out to get me or some other danger. Although I'm not actually that worried even though I feel an adrenaline rush through me now, I would still want more info.

I had 2 readings, the first I had to cut off at 4 minutes as it was the most generalised stuff I’d ever heard.
The second one was just as bad, and throwing random names and details out hoping I would just jump at one of them.
I’ve had many readings but have never had one as bad as this.
It’s almost like the readers work on these lines for (I’m guessing) a poor wage and just don’t really care, so they just make it up and hope for the best.

Whole bunch of inaccurate love readers not good can ruin your love life cause a heartbroken readers will lie or tell you what you want to hear better to be honest or else you will loose customers . Anyone can be a pyshic if that's the case requires no skill just to lie . The site should offer refund if you don't connect with your reader scams

I am calling since last year, perdition never happened and biggest problem that fake reviews on site which we read and assume that reader is good, all old reader always kept shows that they are busy, once I was trying to call one reader she was showing me busy but my call went to her and I was surprised, I know this site is bit cheap but still 1 hour or 2 hours busy wow, maybe people have lots of money. But I got few genuine readers as well they are when call end they go back to available , another thing they don’t know they can show there selves busy . Sometimes reader show you available but they said reader is buys and money waste. Call cut before money finish mean before minutes. They don’t let us write reviews only very few people got lucky to Write the review.please don’t waste your money and time on them . Because I also was thinking good reviews but all fake.

SCAMMERS….if you’re really going to this company for a reading then you might as well put your money down the toilet and flush it..they are just basic people that this company hires.pays peanuts to take advantage of vulnerable people and sorry if you call for it..you have yourself to blame. The company have incompetent Managers that are tactless, rude, unprofessional and just bitter cause life’s beaten them up.

They can be very accurate . They are that accurate you wonder if they are collecting information about you from else where . But all the same it has been very useful and insightful. xx .

There are a lot of comments about the difficulty clients have when trying to leave a negative review. Can you all stop and think please about what impact a negative review has? As a Tarot Reader, I try and give the best reading I can, but with the best will in the World, I get things wrong. Sometimes the expectations on the part of the caller are ridiculous! ‘Whats he thinking, when I wear the red dress?’
‘How did his mother know I criticised her cooking?’
‘Does my cat like my new boyfriends brother?’
Guess what? Sometimes I tune into what Felix The Cat is thinking, sometimes I don’t, take it for what it is, a bit of fun.
This is, at the end of the day an entertainment service. We don't do counselling, marriage guidance or medical consultations. If you seriously make a life changing decision based on the turn of a card, then more fool you!
Do you have an online forum in your workplace where I can criticise you? No, because that wouldn’t be fair, would it? Some reviews on Trusted Psychic are destructive, rude, unfair and damaging to our careers. We are given no right of reply.
Of course a professional Company like Trusted Psychics is going to use their discretion when posting your negative comments about their workers..... Guess what? We are people too, with families and bills to pay. We are here to entertain you, anything else you get out of a reading is down to your expectations.
Don’t cut corners, if you require professional help or Counselling this is not the platform to receive that help. If you want a bit of light hearted fun and chat with a sympathetic Reader, in my opinion Trusted Psychics are the best in Town.

Great reading today. They really understood my personality and helped me see some of my faults and challenges which is going to make a big difference to my life. They picked up on the things troubling me and have given me guidance given by the spirits.

I have had many readings on Trusted Psychics, as there are so many talented readers to chose from! I have found that no matter who I speak to, they are all so friendly and warm, and they really do connect instantly. The situations that I have phoned in about have always been picked up on instantly, and I have been amazed by the accuracy.
