Customer service
Issues with the seal of the bottle being broken. Once Hermosa knew about the issue they were quick to ensure I received a new bottle and dealt with the matter in a very helpful manner.
Looking forward to tasting the chocolate whey.

Vegan Vanilla…
I regularly purchase the Vegan Vanilla Protein after purchasing a shake from Barry’s. It mixes well, super tasty with no aftertaste. I’ve knocked a star off because I ordered a jar on my last purchases and this didn’t come with a scoop, the scoop that comes with the pouches is too big so I’ve been using a spoon and measuring using a small bowl and my kitchen scales. As lovely as the jar looks, this is way too much faffing about so I will probably go back to the pouch when I’m done. Just something to bear in mind

Vegan is terrible - avoid
The vegan protein powder is beyond terrible. It tastes/feels in the mouth like chocolate (artificially) flavoured sand. Avoid at all costs - even more so given the premium price. You can get significantly better at a third of the price. Also - If you do take a chance and buy some, they’ll ignore your requests for a refund (which you will be asking for after first taste!)

Delicious!! Smooth Soy & Dairy Free Option
Delicious!!! With not being able to have dairy or soya due to allergies I have struggled to find a protein powder that suits my dietary requirements that actually tastes good!
The vanilla vegan protein is so tasty & smooth - not bitty/grainy like others I have tried. So happy & worth every penny!
