Tried this at Psycle in London and FINALLY found The protein powder for me! Have tried several vegan and whey proteins, the whey taste like beef to me and break me out, the other vegan ones just tasted chalky and grainy. This was superb, just had it with almond milk 10/10

Great company but taste is not for me
I tried this protein powder because I am lactose intolerant and I can’t have whey. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous, very environmentally friendly in glass and looks beautiful. The container can even easily be re-purposed when finished. However, the product itself is not great. When mixed into yoghurt, it is grainy and I can definitely tell that there is protein powder in it.

We’re sorry to hear the texture wasn’t what you expected. Vegan protein behaves very differently to whey, both in taste and texture. Because it’s plant-based, it naturally absorbs more liquid, so it typically needs a bit more added to achieve a smoother consistency. Even then, it won’t behave exactly like whey, as milk-based and plant-based proteins are fundamentally different in how they mix and feel.
When stirring into yoghurt, adding a splash non dairy milk first and mixing to a paste before combining can really help reduce graininess.

Amazing company
Amazing company! My lid broke both times and they were extremely accommodating in sending a replacement and even some samples! They are my favourite company! The protein powder is delicious!

100% the best protein I have ever tasted
100% the best protein I have ever tasted. Tastes like an actual milkshake - not powdery! Guille from the support team was extremely helpful when I had a small packaging issue, offering to send out a replacement and keep my existing product free of charge. That sets the standard for customer service and is extremely impressive!

The shipping of the product was very…
The shipping of the product was very delayed, apparently due to difficulties at the dispatch facility (it took eight business days to arrive), and hadn't received any communication about delays in dispatch until I reached out to the help team. Not impressed with the delivery side and had to spend more money in buying a product to hold me over as I waited for the delivery. I know that issues with dispatching the products happen, but there should have been a communication posted on their website or a message via email, and there was neither.

Product not dispatched to me
I ordered and paid for the product, 3 days later it still hadn’t been dispatched to me. I emailed twice before receiving a response in which they gave a date they hoped it would be shipped….which it wasn’t ……really poor
Notice on their reply they didn’t even get my name right! They got in touch to tell me hopefully it will be sent on Wednesday
