LIVE GRUND Omdömen

The towels and bath rug are very nice and soft! I’m impressed with the quality and price!

Your bath mats are so soft and plush, just heavenly! The colors lovely and true to the photos. Very happy with my purchase!

Great phone follow up with question asked in a VM.

Love the rug. It is very plush.

Fast shipping, beautiful product! I am so happy I discovered GRUND!

I was thrilled with my order. When I looked at the rugs I was so disappointed that I had not ordered the reversible but when I saw how great you had put a binding around the slip proof, I was very pleased. All the items are lush and soft and I can hardly wait to use the very generous towels. Excellent quality and very speedy service. Will shop again.

Fantastic bed sheets. Great quality as usual from GRUND!

The sheets feel like sandpaper...and not in the good way
I have no idea why these are considered nice sheets they feel horrible. I emailed customer service right after i slept on them and there still is no reply.

Beautiful bathmats but Driftwood was a bit lighter in color than shown. Will keep it since I've had Grund rugs in the past and they have lasted & kept their shape & color for years!

I love the rugs. They are the best rugs I've ever bought. I really like the blankets. I wish they were a little warmer. But I love everything else about them.

Beautiful products and quick communication from customer service. Thank you!

The organic cotton towel set is even better than I expected and I received prompt customer service when I had a question about my order. I would definitely recommend.

Would have liked to return the item but discovered that Grund has a “No Return” policy. This was never indicated in their advertising or when I was putting in the order. I’ve never come across this with any Company that I’ve ever dealt with. Consequently, no matter how much I like what they have to offer, I’ll never do business with Grund again.

Package finally arrived. Evidently because of protests nationwide it was delayed in Atlanta. When it did come, it was neatly packaged and I was surprised by just how soft the product was without washing. I did wash and it is ready for my bed and use. I am hoping it will feel great to sleep on but haven't had the chance to do that yet. Was a bit disappointed by the elastic edge on fitted sheet, not very durable looking at all and I expect that it will give sooner than I'd want it to as it is only a small continuous piece of elastic. Other than that we'll see how this set of sheets plays out.

So I have bought similar rugs before from Grund. This time, the color for the one was not as pictured, it was pictured as being the same as the one in a different style without the backing that we had bought previously. This color was much lighter, and while it will be okay in the individual's bathroom (this is for a person with disabilities we care for), he liked the other color better. Also when I washed them they both exploded with lint. And I mean exploded, it was everywhere. The blue one I washed later and it was fine, no problems with color or exploding, shedding yarns.

I have ordered several sets of sheets and towels and love everything. The sheets are so comfortable to sleep on and retain their color washing after washing with no pilling. The towels are just as wonderful. Love that they are all organic. I have bought other organic sheets from several different companies and there is no comparison. I will only buy from GRUND. Also, great customer service if you ever do have a problem.

I love the rug but ordered it in a larger size. Can you please let me know how to arrange an exchange?

Great product. Love rugs. Beautiful. And love slip-proof bottom. Sales personnel wonderful. Nice and helpful.
