Ordered a dressing up clothing rail with light mirror on 2nd of January and still waiting for it to be delivered my daughters birthday is in 4 days I’m hoping it arrives on time

A really well made, genius idea. I spent ages looking for a tower suitable for a 14 month old who just wants to be nosey when I'm in the kitchen. Because of the solid sides this is perfect. I built it on my own, and it was really easy to do. It's wiping clean easily and not scratching despite having a ride on toy rammed into it 1000 times a day. Glad I bought it!

Got this table and chairs for my Granddaughter for Xmas. It came well packaged, and was very easy to assemble. The quality of it was outstanding. And I would recommend buying from Little Helpers

Great service and great product. The product was shipped promptly and clear information was provided regarding delivery. It was straight forward to assemble ( done by 1 adult.) Little boy, age 10 months was delighted to stand in it and watch his Mum baking and washing up. The structure encouraged him to develop confidence with standing and also to " chatter " with his Mum while she worked.

I bought the 3-in-1 wooden height adjustable art easel, paper roller, magnetic whiteboard and blackboard for my seven year old granddaughter for Christmas. It is as well made and multi- purpose as it sounds. She is delighted with it and has spent hours using it since we gave it to her. She loves drawing and writing and I think it will keep her occupied for a long time to come. She is tall so the height adjustable element is very useful.

Granddaughter loves using the little helper. She can now help mum and dad and be involved in kitchen activities in complete safety. What a great product!

The Original Little Helper FunPod Toddler Tower arrived before Christmas. The build quality is outstanding and the service excellent, with any queries question's addressed promptly by the helpful staff at the company. Highly recommended.

Excellent product
I purchased the kitchen helper tower with blackboard panels for my 20 month old grandson. The product is very well made and sturdy. Easy to put together and my grandson is very safe when he's stood in the tower giving him the opportunity to “help” with food prep etc.
There's plenty of room for growth so he will be using it for the next few years.
He is also enjoying using the blackboard panels which are on two sides of the tower.

I received an email back - asking if I had a wonderful Christmas my first email was about 10 missing parts and we could not put the item together for my kids

Seriously doubting if they read the emails at all

After placing my pre order on a magnetic/ chalk fun pod for my grandson as a Christmas gift. I was told it would be with me before Christmas. Unfortunately the courier misinformed me as to when it was being delivered and after 8 days of trying to find out what happened, Kim went out of her way to track it and make sure it was delivered or failing that she was going to send out another one.
At such a busy time, it was real customer service.
It’s absolutely lovely and I’m sure my grandson will send many happy hours in the kitchen with us!!

We ordered a Montessori table & chairs for our little girl on 2 December.

While building one of the chairs, I noticed one of the chair parts was faulty as it was missing one of the holes you need to put the screw in. Which makes assembly impossible. I contacted customer service & provided a picture of the faulty item & requested a replacement. Customer support emailed me back asking many technical questions about the faulty part & promised a replacement 10 days ago. No replacement arrived yet, and no email was sent advising if the replacement was shipped, etc. I emailed asking about the delivery date for the replacement, but I didn't receive any response and emailed them again today. Really bad experience, considering the fact this is a Christmas present & table was not the cheapest. Will never buy from them again.

Placed two orders, one swiftly dispatched and the second there was an issue with the product before dispatch. The company got in touch, offered solutions and went above and beyond in terms of communication to make sure I got the item in time for Christmas.

Our little one enjoys having their own table to sit at and browse through his books or do a puzzle, which is a nice break from running around and causing chaos. Ordered one of their table and chair sets from Amazon. One of my chair legs snapped out of nowhere (whilst my toddler was sitting on it, which scared him). I contacted the company for a replacement piece since the chair was only 8 months old and this seems to have been a fault as it happened with no damage or misuse from us. From the start the company were difficult to deal with, first suggesting I pay for the replacement and insinuating multiple times it was our fault it broke. After a few back and forth messages they agreed to send a replacement for free, however it has now been a month since my original message with no replacement in sight (despite messaging them multiple times). This as left me with a table and chair I haven’t been able to use for a month or the foreseeable future, and have had to store in a separate room so my twins don’t see it and get upset they can’t use it/fight over the one chair.

TL;DR, I can’t recommend this company due to extremely poor customer service

A terrible experience from start to finish. I place an order for 5 clothes rails in mid September with an estimated delivery of 3-4 working days. Two weeks after ordering I was informed that three of the items had been delivered to another customer and were no longer available. I have now been waiting seven weeks for a refund and ten weeks for the other two items. The business owner Kim is extremely slow to respond to emails and doesn’t follow up customer delivery issues. I have now had to contact my credit card company for a refund totally nearly £400.

We ordered a high chair over a month ago. After chasing up it's location on the 24th of October, we were inform it's pre order and will be dispatched early Nov. We have been chasing for an update since early November, with no update. It's been an absolute pain dealing with this company. Their communication is shocking. Such a shame as their items look great

Really lovely small book case. Sturdy and fits nicely into small spaces. My granddaughter loves it. Easy to assemble and well designed. Cannot fault it.

bought a helper tower natural, positives are they delivered quickly, building the tower was simple

my issue is I wrote a review stating that the place where the toddler stands , the wood seems bit bendy, it’s holding up at the moment but the company didn’t want to save it on their website , hence i’m writing it here. apart from that the tower is good, i don’t think it will break, just wish the wood was harder/ thicker ?
