Little Helper Omdömen 

After extensive searching found just what I was looking for on Little Helper. Having lots of allergies, including chemical sensitivities I needed a non-toxic solution for clothes storage - something that wouldn't off-gas for months and cause problems. Their "Queen" of the rails Montessori Vintage Clothes Rail proved perfect. Beautifully designed and made it's both functional and elegant. Delighted with product and service, including good communication and quick delivery.

I brought this for my grandson for him to use at home, he absolutely loves it as he just wants to see what mummy and daddy are doing.

Ordering was easy and it was dispatched so quickly as well - such a wonderful company to order from

I'm a Nanny and suggested getting one of these for the 16m old I look after. Everyone is very happy with the product, easy to put together and very sturdy, love the fact that they cannot fall through any gaps like many others out there. Just soo handy, loves to help with washing up, cooking and even just playing in it like a jack in the box! 🤣 Fabulous product, great value and excellent customer service xxx

I’ve read a few reviews that say they’ve had terrible customer service or they think it’s a scam, but I can hand on heart say I have never had that experience. I have just purchased my second FunPod so that both my kids can enjoy them. They’re by far the best, most sturdy & well made towers on the market. There was a delay in delivery this time round due to circumstances out of Little Helpers control, but I was kept updated throughout so it wasn’t a problem.
The chalkboard on the side is used constantly by my girls & my original one has the magnetic side too which adds another fun activity for them while I’m busy making dinner.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Such a lovely friendly company, nothing was too much trouble. I purchased the Montessori wooden easel, excellent quality.

The website is easy to view products and buy what you like. After that is awful. No communication from the company on when the items will be delivered. One item came after 2 weeks, the other after of the item a week later. The second item I'm still waiting for a month later. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get my money back. My advice is to not use this website. I think it's a scam. The reply from customer service was not helpful. I only received one email confirming part delivery of my order. I am still waiting for other items to be delivered. Customer service has not offered me a refund and this company still has taken my money. I'm sure more than ever this website is a scam.

From start to finish the communication and customer service was awful. When you are ordering you expect to be able to get updates especially when the expected delivery has been exceeded.
I emailed, Insta messaged and eventually got through via WhatsApp. Not good enough these days. Will not be recommending or using again. Very frustrating experience

This little helper is a godsend for little ones as they can interact more when you are washing up, preparing food or just to watch what goes on. My 2 grandchildren absolutely love it! The magnetic chalk board gives it another dimension entirely! Fantastic customer service from the owner Kim!

Ordered a fun pod on pre order so was expecting to wait, had an email to say slight delay due to all the storms, out of their control so completely understandable. Really good communication throughout, despatched on 24 hour delivery which was all fine aswell. Unpacked and put together effortlessly, clear instructions and pieces. All in all an absolutely solid piece of kit and will hopefully still be standing in years to come. My son loves watching me in the kitchen and it is so much safer having in a secure item.

Ordered a funpod and a bit of a delay to it arriving and a couple of issues with damage likely caused by the courier but the company have been excellent in dealing with it and have sent a replacement part out to replace the damaged part, thanks for all the help with it

Had a great experience buying first time from this company. The product arrived very quickly even though on pre order. Also amazing fast customer service when the item arrived damaged in transit and they resolved the issue straight away. Lovely product, Childrens two in one toys box. Really smart toy box. Easy to put together. Great company to deal with very efficient.

Same for us, paid the money nothing arrived and haven't been able to get a refund

Ordered my product over 10 days ago: I’ve had no update as to when it will arrive. Their own tracking app says it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Customer services are ignoring my emails.

Must be a scam dropshipping company? As I’ve had literally no contact after they took my money.

Edit - I can confirm they did respond ok the end to tell me the order would be refunded and that it went through despite product being discontinued.

In Dezember they told me that my product cant be shipped cause of quality. So I‘m still waiting for my money back ( nearly 500.- CHF)
They don‘t answer anymore and don‘t send back my money.

Order a train set for my grandson early December .Was told the item was out for shipping no train set for Christmas no explanation. Then when contacted it wasn't in stock and then told my refund was below the amount I paid . It appears they didn't look at my payment as it was in euros and included tax very unsatisfactory .

Did not expect such a additional charge for delivery , I paid additional 30 eur for delivery and after I was requested to pay 70 eur from delivery company explain me how it happens if you describe you little helpers company as Irish???

Excellent table and chairs. Very good quality. Baby daughter loves it. It encourages her to be more independent, sit and stand more often and cruise along the table. The price was good and delivery quite quick.

I ordered the ball pit from little helpers on 26th November for my grandson for christmas. What drew me to this item was it had safari animals illustrated on the side which his room is decorated in. On the website it did state that it would be delivered by christmas. Unfortunately I had an email from Kim informing me that there was a problem with delivery and it would not arrive until January, giving me the option to choose another ball pit. The ball pit was just what I wanted so waiting was not a problem and emailed Kim to let her know. Kim I may add sent me a lovely email thanking me and said she would keep me updated. When the ball pit arrived it was perfect, well made very sturdy with an inside mat that can be removed for cleaning. Plus the balls are not too hard. My grandson loves playing in it, perfect size for him. Little helpers do a wide variety of play equipment for little ones so check them out. I will be looking at further purchases.
