Scammers. Showed a spiral bound book and I was charged shipping and handling but now theyre saying everything is digital. This company is ridiculous. I hope they fold.

SCAM! I received the email with the access button, but have had no access. So disappointing and cruel to prey on peoples mental health like this.

I has access to the items, I went back in to download soemthings to use and the access is gone!

I didn't receive it either, looks like a scam. Should have checked this website before ordering. They don't respond to emails either!!! So hope you check this before ordering!!!!

Was never able to access the pdf download and I'm really disappointed my money is gone, a waste.

Same thing, I was patient & just realized that I never got any of the materials I had ordered. I'd brought them up to my personal therapist & thought they might be good to have as another therapeutic tool in my toolbox. I see there's no way to contact the store thru Shoppay, it just times out so I guess I'll go thru their website & see if I can get this resolved. Beware to new consumers

I never received my items I should have researched them more, I ordered the items because I want to make sure I had some items in case my kids needed to express themselves but couldn’t without the support from some therapy cards. This company should be sued

Over a month now and no access 😔😭 I'm upset .....

Update, after doing the initial review this morning, i emailed and new working links were emailed. It's a lot of information and i am yet to review them but at least i got them.

They got me too! I actually looked over the material. Thought I uploaded it and when I went to look at it later it was gone. Everything including the link to access it. If anyone knows how to get money back please help.

It's a scam. I bought the free package and some add ons. When you use their link initially it tries to block you. When I finally got it to work, only 2 files actually had anything in them, the rest were duds. Downloading an image with no link to receive the actual product. In fine print at the bottom of their returns, they list they won't refund digital products. I'll be disputing this carge.

Ordered a bundle that says it was free and they charged me $7.99. $7 was for shipping for a digital product. Seems like a total scam.

Stop! Do not purchase from this website!

Luckily, I caught a few things before I completed. I noticed:

1. The "free" resource suddenly cost $6
2. There were three things in my cart that I hadn't put there and couldn't remove
3. When I started the payment with my Apple Pay, I watched as the charge went from $6 to $12+ without my adding anything

Watch out; this doesn't look like a legit shop.

Very dishonest sales tactic by saying a digital product is free (and is a giveaway for a limited time) but charging a high fee for shipping, which, if you are using the express pay method like I did, you would easily miss if you only give your email and skip the shipping details, thinking it unnecessary. I was just shocked to see a charge after my payment was processed.

Sure, I got the link to the digital product, but they make it out as if they're giving at least 200 books in a bundle, when in reality, they are just referring to the "tips" inside each item. They say the materials are made by therapists, but they don't credit who they are. I bet they just basically stole content or information from other legitimate workbooks and repackaged them. The content aren't even uniformly designed or made. Some are downright ugly and formatted like they were just copy-pasted from another e-book.

They also tried to modify my cart by automatically placing add-on bundles, and when you decline them, they guilt trip you into choosing between "yes, I love savings" and "I don't like to save money with deals" or something to that effect.

They say they have a money back guarantee on the item page itself but if you read the return policy, they say that it's only for baby seats or something, and that they don't actually do refunds for digital books... As if they have other products in their catalog?!

I just can't believe this site. I sent them an email but I don't expect to receive anythint back because it's a business that doesn't have principles. I don't even think they're really based in the US. Sloppily-made, false advertising about (5000+ happy customers, but can't really show anything for it). I just hope they didn't steal my credit card information. I am so mad.

They advertise "free" bundles, but adding each bundle to cart raises the price of the "shipping" (for a product that is digital), so you actually have to pay like 14$. Very sleazy way of getting sales

I ordered printable items and the links did not work. I paid but got nothing. I have not received any communication from them as well. SCAM!

Really, truly and sincerely love the worksheets. I got the 200+ Trauma Therapy Bundle (was free today) and just read through it fast (not all lol, there’s LOADS and I’m about to sleep) and feeling very inspired and thankful. It’s very well written and explained, just beautiful!
