Honestly I’m really not pleased with my purchase. The sizing is really off. My ring is way too tight although is the same size as Tiffany’s, I have professionally measured and the size is off. Also customer service is slow and not great. I reached out to them as this was a tester ring for an 18k and all they offered was the 10% on their site - at a MUCH higher price. I’m really sad because the end result was good. Just sizing and very poor customer service.

They don’t even get back to me. Terrible

I was absolutely pleased with the ring I purchased and the customer service I received. Mike and Nick were quick to answer any of my questions, and the edits to my custom ring were done expeditiously. From ordering to editing to receiving my ring, the whole process went smoothly and took less than two weeks.
Ordered on 23 Dec and received my ring, which was gorgeous, on 7 Jan.
I would recommend this company to anyone!

Ring they sent loooks nothing like ring I ordered.Instead of gold it looks like copper.

I agree with a previous reviewer that stated the item “looked like it came out of a gumball machine.” This is exactly how I would describe my custom cufflinks. Upon receipt of the item, I immediately looked at the website to make sure this was not my mistake and that the item was different than they showed in the pictures. This was 100% bait and switch. I have a half dozen pairs of cufflinks and these are by far the smallest and thinnest, and they are put together haphazardly to the point that upon a 3rd wearing the back swivel completely came apart. They are cheaply made but claim all these great reviews on their website. I messaged with them with great detail back and forth, compared the quality and size to what I owned, send pictures, but they did not care about customer satisfaction. They had my money, they weren’t correcting the issue in any way. **BUYER BEWARE**

I purchased a ring for my husbands 30th birthday. When it arrived he was really happy with the ring, however after wearing it for a few days it started to turn his finger green. I contacted the company and they advised it could happen and to keep it dry and to contact them if nothing changes. I followed there advise and left it 2 weeks. We have since had no changes so last week I contacted the company via the online chat on multiple occasions with no response, giving the benefit of the doubt I emailed and still no response I sent another email yesterday and still nothing. At this point I feel I am being ignored. The website says they will respond the same day if not within a few hours this has now been a week. This is not the kind of service you expect to receive when you have a problem with the product.

Please do not spend your money here. The item I received looks like it came out of a bubblegum machine. Their customer service is awful as well.

I’m currently in the process of getting a replacement for an item I bought in the wrong size.
The level of understanding, accommodation and helpfulness extended me so far has been amazing.
If only every company treated their customers with this much respect and empathy.
