Be careful, keep money on Deposit, and then not respond to the letter.

That flat has a very good location (if you have a car), far enough from the crowd and just a few metters from the beach, plenty of restaurants near by, perfect for families.

Points to improve:
- The flat facilities should be reviewed, the front window blind was broken giving no chance to extend the sleep after 07am (to bright at that point).
- Very few kitchen utensils.
- Shower wasn't working properly

Given that conditions, I'm convinced that the price charged (700€/week) was way too expensive even for high season.

They could have told us were to pick the keys up,because it wasn't at the appartement.

The villa is in a great location and has lots of potential. However it was not very well maintained and was quite unclean. Everything is old and worn. The areas outside are especially grubby. Also we were charged for damages in the house which were already there before we entered. We had to pay extra for fans to be delivered and rented because there was no air con. We couldn't even clean properly while We were there as the Hoover was old, broken and ineffective. The brush and mop provided were unsuitable/broken/dirty. One evening while we were sitting outside a rat ran across the patio area at our front door. Another evening a mouse ran into the living room and kitchen. After this we found it very hard to relax as we had small children with us crawling on the floor.
We usually book with universal holiday centre, they have a much higher standard of cleanliness and quality. We will book with UHC next year.

We have booked Vila Evasion through our agecny Grand Voyage Moldova. We would like to complain because villa wasn not match with information from internet! There was bad conditions - without windows in the room (only one room has window), without air-conditionon we felt very uncomfortable! More that this - wi-fi was with extra charges.

But...
Pool - we have choosed the villa with pool but in fact able to use it only 3 days (from 12). The rest days it was muddy with green water - the filter was clogged!
There were some problems like broken garage door, air conditioners didn't work proper etc. But the services weren't fast: 1-2 days... - it's too many for those who stay only 1-2 weeks!

Pleasant house close to the little pretty beach

Отдыхали через Литорал уже 2-й раз. Все очень понравилось, и сервис и расположение. На любую просьбу реагировали сразу: плохо переключался душ, поменяли на новый; я забыла, что в квартире нет фена,по просьбе принесли новый фен. Спасибо, очень хороший сервис

Beautiful location, very close to lovely beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Beautiful shared pool and garden with shower. Sleeps 10 people, good sized bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and garden. Décor and furniture needs updating. More garden furniture needed and no furniture provided for the 2 balconies, which was disappointing. Ant problem in lounge which we had to treat. Not very clean, despite each booking having to pay a 70 euro cleaning charge. Good air conditioning on ground floor, but no instructions. Welcome Pack needed.

The Litoral staff were very helpful: they printed out our tickets for the Barcelona match, and our boarding passes for the return flight (free of charge) and also gave us excellent advice on driving to Barcelona. They were also flexible in allowing us to check out a few hours later than the scheduled10.30 checkout.

I have booked with this company several times and have never been disappointed.

Very nice and modern house with comfortable beds and good equipment.
The garden was a bit smaller than it looked on the photo but nice to use. Parking at the house.
The Bathrooms were superb and had great showers.
It was a bit windy when we were there, and the low insulation of the doors and windows let the house cool out a bit, so we needed to heat it at nights and evening , which was working well.
The kitchen is a bit too small, almost impossible to work with 2 people in there. The equipment of the kitchen was very good, the furnace is induction, so it heats very fast.
The internet connection was very fast, allowed to stream HD video from Amazon.
The location is very close to the sea, 5 min to walk, with really nice beaches. We were not in the water as it was still too cold.
Construction in the area seems to take up again, so some noise was there during normal working hours, but not disturbing.
