Amazing

We went to the office/warehouse and was very impressed with the products, help and advice given to us. We were buying backsplash for the new kitchen and thrilled with the Mable stone we chose. I highly recommend this company. Thank you

Fantastic Product & Exceptional Customer Service

Used the Burning Forest Slate Veneer for a feature wall in a hall and stairwell. The material is absolutely stunning - fabulous colours and texture - totally unique natural product. Not too difficult to install for anyone with reasonably good DIY skills and a bit of patience!
The fished result is absolutely fabulous and generated a great deal of interest amongst visitors to the house.

The levels of customer service from LiteStone were absolutely exceptional from start to finish and very special personal thanks have to go to Ryan from their Sales Dept. who gave me some much help and guidance over the phone - he was an absolute star and his insight was absolutely invaluable! A great team to do business with!

+++Highly recommend +++

Photographs do not give proper justice to how good these panels are. The texture and the quality is fantastic, has really transformed my kitchen and dining room.
Would highly recommend this product and thank you to the staff at Lite Stone for their advice.

Poor customer relations

Although the product arrived on time, the company were unaccommodating when I requested a return stating that they would only accept returns within their obligatory legal period and would not make any exceptions. My request was within 48 hours of the 14 days they specified but they would not consider it. Completely unreasonable and profit focused over customer care. It would not cost them anything to accept my return of a product they could still sell on.

It is correct that our returns period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, this gives ample time to check materials and contact us if there is an issue or if you need technical support.

It does cost in warehousing costs, packaging costs and delivery costs when a customer returns an order. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct product, you understand how the product works and check the products when delivered to raise any queries within 14 days when you order from us.

We are an independent family business who offer a high level of customer service and support. We always want to help our customers but we cannot change our terms and conditions to fit the whim of a customer. A return period isn't flexible or +/- a day or two here and there, it is a returns period that we do stick to.

Decided to look at alternatives to tiles and Lite stone was the perfect choice. The team
at Lite stone we’re extremely helpful from my early enquires to the delivery of the sheets too. Great service and a great product.

Great service and quality

Great service and quality. By mistake I ordered the wrong type of stone and Ryan was super helpful. I returned the wrong one and he kindly send the new ones. We are really happy with the result.

great service, live nearby and was able to visit and pick which sheets sit together the best, super helpful,
product is amazing so easy to work with we used a tile saw to make the cuts, very light, used on the outside of a garden room i built, fitted in less than a day,

As a returning customer I would highly…

As a returning customer I would highly recommend Lite-Stone products and the associated advice provided by Ryan and the team. I previously ordered some slate veneer panels for a kitchen project. The panels were supplied on time and were very easy to work with. Once fitted they definitely enhanced the overall look of the kitchen to the next level. Our next project is a bathroom refurbishment using some more slate veneer panels.
