Don’t order from these clowns, joke of a company, took almost 3 weeks for item to be delivered, provided a tracking code with DHL after about 2 weeks which then showed as “we have your parcel” over a week later DHL updated with “we are sorry, we have not received your parcel from the sender, I emailed asking for an update, 2 weeks later still no reply, when the parcel eventually turned up it was missing items, I have emailed once again asking for a refund for the missing items but as yet no reply. Avoid at all costs

Have used this company for a while for my two favourite bottles of drink that I can rarely get hold of. The last time I ordered they sent me a leaflet with £10 off my next spend I have saved this for Christmas have gone to use it to only find that it won’t allow me to use it. I messaged them via instagram messages were slow and in the end they ended up ignoring me due to them being wrong. They told me that I could only use it on orders over £99 and that it states it on the leaflet however it does not I sent them a picture of the leaflet and have since been ignored.

I bought two jars of garnishes that turned out to be almost a year out of date. Technically the information was on the page, but it was buried at the very bottom of the description, not bolded, and placed below the checkout button so it was easy to miss. For something as important as an expiry date, this is not acceptable.

Liquor refused the request to replace with in date items, which I do get but I feel the information was placed in this manner on purpose.

Placed a order for 3 bottles of limited Edition Au vodkas Saturday night at 6 o'clock Delivered to my Door by 730 the same night . Absolutely blown away there is still companies out there with this sort of service 👏 ... will definitely be using this company again in the future..

Really happy with my experience ordering from liquor ltd Prices were better than most other sites I checked, and the delivery came faster than expected. Everything was packaged well too so no broken bottles! Ill definitely be ordering again soon Highly recommend!

I ordered a bottle of rum and my card was charged, but the order was never processed. I reached out twice via email and also submitted a webform - no response at all. In the end, I had to go through my card provider to get a refund. A really disappointing and strange customer service experience in 2025.

Very nice selection of drinks with competitive prices. Found here especially rare Roberto Cavalli vodka with the lowest price in the UK.

Made an order on the 12th of June it was dispatched almost instantly and arrived the next day.

First order also had 10% off which always comes in handy.

Can't fault anything, well maybe except delivery driver who left parcel in the common area downstairs - didn't deliver to my door, but that's something I will complain to delivery company not to drinks ltd.

Another perfect delivery this evening. These people are quite possibly THE nicest people to deal with. Super supportive, understanding, accommodating, professional, friendly, great communication and just all round fabulous! They have a great selection to choose from and at brilliant prices too. The website is easy to navigate and always up to date. Also have a great selection of snacks and sweets plus extras like Beer Pong kits, cups etc. Love this store in Nottingham. Thanks again guys.

We ordered cheery pink gin on line as shops don't keep this or run out. We placed our order at 6.35 and to our amazement it was delivered just 1 hour later... thats right just 1 hour.
Now that's what you call a service.
We will be using this supplier on a regular basis and paying a visit to their shop very soon.
