Seriously, do not buy from these guys. I ordered the blue echo fallscat the end of April. 1st of May, DPD supposedly recieved my order details but not my order. 20 days and two emails later, I had to go through my bank for a refund, which was easier to do that trying to get a reply from these guys. Shop elsewhere..
AVIOD AT ALL COSTS
Placed an order for next day delivery , they said they had to wait for items to come in stock as they had supply issues and then when they came in stock they sent tracking via dpd but that never moved, then when questioned (3 weeks after placing order) it was dpds fault as they dont show up but when I asked if could send with another delivery company they said no! On week 4 I asked for a refund and after calling / emailing and another week on and threatening legal action they refunded me but they really didn't want too! My advice for anyone STAY AWAY , GO ELSE WHERE, AVOID THE STRESS AND LIES OFF THEM!!

I placed a order nearly 4 weeks ago paid for next day delivery order never arrived 3 weeks later so asked for a refund in full they said they was going to process it ,a week later I contacted them to see when I would recieve my refund and they now saying that my order has now been shipped but not heard anything from the courier I would advise everyone not to use this company ther customer service is non existent and never ever goin to fulfill your order they just want to take your money then keep making excuses to why you not recieved your order trading standards involved now about false advertising

Over 1 month now I’ve been waiting for my order. Paid for next day delivery too. I’ve rang multiple times and spoken to a lady, who has told me it’s going to arrive and just be patient. It’s never arrived. I asked for a refund and she said she will speak to her manager and he will process the refund. It doesn’t happen!
After not receiving my refund I then got a email to say dpd was expecting my parcel from Liquor Ltd, which still hasn’t been picked up from Dpd. I hate to think how many more people they’re robbing. How hard is it for this company to give back to the money they owe people?

Been trying to get the Blue Fruit Fusion Echo Falls and this was the only website that supposedly had it in stock. I bought a bottle and paid extra for next working day delivery in the hopes I could share a bottle with a friend over the weekend.
Sadly the bottle still hasn't shown up. I sent an email requesting an update and a refund if they can't provide the purchase and have still not recieved a reply after waiting a few days. The lack of communication is the killer, I just want clarification on whether I'm getting my order but based on the other reviews here, I don't think I will

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 Blue Raspberry echo falls over a month ago. Hadn't received in the 3-5 business days postage I paid for. Gave it 2 weeks and emailed them asking for an update on my order, which then took them another week to reply to say that my order is in its last stage of packing and will be sent next day when its complete. I'm still waiting and its been ANOTHER 2 weeks. Quick to take my money though!!

Horrible, horrendous and ridiculous experience, never received my items, which I were intended to be gifts for a friend for her birthday. I had to contact their customer service after 3 days after paying an exorbitant amount of money for next day delivery, only to be told that the items weren't in stock, then I was told they are in stock, then they aren't, then was told that a refund could not be processed, please avoid this company at all costs!!

Would give 0 stars if possible had my money for almost a month now. Claiming Ech Falls are at fault with not providing Stock yet I’ve just been to my front street and bought a box of 6 bottles for £40. Emailed multiple times and messages via instagram requesting a cancellation. Just being ignored. Opening a chargeback on my card now as it’s becoming a joke at this point!

I signed up for email notifications for when echo falls blue raspberry would be back in stock on 22 Mar and on 25 Mar I had an email Saying it was back in stock to order and also had the option for next day delivery which meant it should have been delivered 28 Mar at the latest. When it was not delivered, I contacted them and was told it was for pre order but the email did not state for pre order and shouldn’t have let me choose next day delivery this was £7.99. When I contacted them asking them to refund the delivery fee I have had no reply and no refund. DO NOT PRE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I am still waiting for them as of 9th March was not told when they would be delivered.
Ignored cancellation and weeks of failed collection attempts
I placed an order on 17th February before 2pm, expecting next-day delivery as advertised. However, I received no dispatch confirmation until 19th February. I had already contacted the company on 18th February to cancel the order, so I was surprised it was processed anyway.
From that point on, communication was extremely poor. I had to repeatedly chase customer service over several weeks regarding both the cancellation and collection of the parcel, often receiving delayed responses or no response at all.
Multiple collection attempts were arranged but failed. On one occasion, I was told the driver had “missed” me despite me being home all day, and building CCTV confirming no attempt was made to collect the parcel.
The situation became even more frustrating when I explained I had a hospital appointment and would be recovering, yet I was still asked to accommodate further collection attempts without clear communication or confirmation.
When the parcel was finally collected on 27th March, I was asked to arrange for someone else to bring it down, as the driver refused to come into the building. The overall handling of the collection was unprofessional.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. My cancellation request was ignored, delivery expectations were not met, and customer service was consistently unresponsive. As a first-time customer, I would not use this company again. I now hope the refund process is handled more efficiently.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. Spent over £200 on a bottle of champagne for a family occasion which was corked. Over two months ago my partner and I emailed with evidence of the off bottle. Reforwarded twice, no response. Four phone calls made to them over the last 2 months to which the response every time was "we will speak with our supplier, we will call you back". I made a further call this week to which I was asked to send all of the information (initially sent on 15/11/2025) to Whatsapp.
Told I would be emailed. Had to remind a further 2x no email had been received. Eventually an email came through requesting the same information I had already sent via email three times, via phone and via whataspp. Now being told not to pursue this matter over Whatsapp despite being asked on Monday to communicate via Whatsapp. I keep being told to read by emails. No progressed emails received and my request for a screenshot of the progressive emails has been ignored.
In over two months absolutely no progress made and the case is ongoing. I can supply a full evidence trail should Liquor LTD wish to disagree.

I ordered 2 bottles of spirit from them on 02/12/25, £51 in total. They sent them via DHL. DHL did not deliver them to me, no surprise there. I contacted Citizens Advice who advised that my contract is with Liquor Ltd. I have contacted Liquor Ltd via email 6 times and they have not replied, other than an automated reply. The first was 17/12/25 and the last on 24/12/25. I would give this company a very wide berth.
Customer service appalling
Ordered something 8 days ago and paid for next working day delivery. Dispatched the same day to (the worst courier service in the world) DHL, delayed, delayed, delayed by DHL, then a message "there's a problem with your item, contact the despatcher" (which translates as "we've smashed your item, deal with it yourself"). Contacted Liquor 4 (FOUR) times this week to resend the order, or refund me. Heard nothing at all from them.
Very unprofessional company and I urge everyone not to order from them!!!

Don’t order from these clowns, joke of a company, took almost 3 weeks for item to be delivered, provided a tracking code with DHL after about 2 weeks which then showed as “we have your parcel” over a week later DHL updated with “we are sorry, we have not received your parcel from the sender, I emailed asking for an update, 2 weeks later still no reply, when the parcel eventually turned up it was missing items, I have emailed once again asking for a refund for the missing items but as yet no reply. Have used this company for a while for my two favourite bottles of drink that I can rarely get hold of. The last time I ordered they sent me a leaflet with £10 off my next spend I have saved this for Christmas have gone to use it to only find that it won’t allow me to use it. I messaged them via instagram messages were slow and in the end they ended up ignoring me due to them being wrong. They told me that I could only use it on orders over £99 and that it states it on the leaflet however it does not I sent them a picture of the leaflet and have since been ignored.

Misleading product listing - item was almost a year out of date
I bought two jars of garnishes that turned out to be almost a year out of date. Technically the information was on the page, but it was buried at the very bottom of the description, not bolded, and placed below the checkout button so it was easy to miss. For something as important as an expiry date, this is not acceptable.
Liquor refused the request to replace with in date items, which I do get but I feel the information was placed in this manner on purpose.
