Poor experience
I had a poor experience with Dr Polychronis Pavlidis's team, unfortunately, as there was a lack of communication, follow ups, and I ended up chasing my results and help for month and a half... And I still do.

Dr. Steven Millington was great. He explained my case in a clear, not rushed manner, giving me confidence and relief regarding my knee situation. Gave me great comfort that everything was going to be all right. I would definitely go back to him if I have any other orthoepedic issue.

Mr Arsan is an exemplar doctor
Mr. Matay Arsan is an exemplar medical professional. He explained my procedure clearly, explaining all the specialist terms but without being patronising. He did not speak too quickly, pausing from time to time to give me a chance to absorb what he was saying and ask for clarification if needed. I wish all doctors took the time to explain things as clearly as he does. In the operating theatre he was very professional and reassuring but also friendly and informative. I am now healing from my surgery feeling confident that Mr Arsan has done a good job. I will update once the finger starts to heal.
