Lip Monthly Omdömen 

I used to enjoy receiving this box every month. I have not received anything in 3 months and my card is charged. I ended my subscription because of poor customer service and business practices.

I paid $20 for a "deluxe version" and what took 2 months to arrive was nothing special or different from when I paid less. On top of that customer service is no help. They aren't even responding. Bad Bad business. My only option is to dispute the payment and report this business every way possible.

This is one of those monthly box deals. I have tried many different make up ones but this one took me by surprise. I love each and every product in the box. It was done personally with my color choices. It is only my first box but I am sure the rest will be just as wonderful.

I absolutely love lipgloss and the other lip products top of the line and the matching lip liners that go with my lip color and glosses all of which match my scrubs which is wine color it makes wearing this color fun thank you

The bag was awesome. Even threw I some gorgeous eyeshadow. Lipsticks are amazing. Lip scrub even better. Definitely worth the small price.

I just love the bag so cute I love the lip scrub is just what I needed but some of the Reds I just can't wear I don't like it look my age and my color of my skin but otherwise it's fantastic thank you so much

I am new to makeup. The color choices for my first bag were perfect. I don't know if I will continue receiving it since I don't need that much lipstick, but I will keep it for a few months at least. I will also come back when I want more.

So fed up with their customer service, They never respond!
It takes them a month to delivery the product. By that time the next bag is due however they are advertising max 7 business to get your bag. I gave them plenty of opportunities but I am done with this company. Definitely going back to ipsy or boxy charm

Well I started my first order Jan 11, 2021 and still haven't received it. Then they charged me again in February which I expected, but still haven't received anything from them. Even though support said they would take care of it on February 11th, 2021. They are not good business.

I Loved my first Lip Monthly bag. It was perfect!. I Can't wait to get the Second one.

I recieved my very first Lip Monthly bag and I absolutely love everything inside. Beautiful colors, leaving my lips feeling soft amd smooth, and plump. I will reccomend this bag to all my family and friends

It took nearly 3 months to get my December bag. That is more than the "issues with our suppliers" excuse I was given for the delay.

It was my first time receiving a lip monthly bag, I really enjoyed all the products I received!! Everything was great! My favorite thing I got in this months bag was an organic chapstick!! I really recommend.

Have not receivedany shipments from lip monthly in over 6 months!! Last month & today got a bill from the post office that i owe shipping of $2.25 to get my package and I have to pick it up. Wth shipping is slay included. I shouldn't have to pay even more for my packages that are prepaid. Not too mention so my other lip monthly packages i haven't received, a

I canceled my subscription due to Dec and Jan products not shipping. Was only refunded for January because the rep said they was preparing Dec bags. Although when I logged into my account to
check , it said unfulfilled. This company is a joke!

Would give a zero if I could they steal your money and do not refund they said they are still waiting on products from December but have not delivered I contacted them and asked them for a refund they told me that since covid they've been waiting for the shipments for other products. Do not go through this company they're shady and horrible and you will lose your money I promise you they won't deliver they delivered one time and that was it. They lie to you so you will send more money they send you one product to keep you hanging on thinking they were going to send you more products and they don't. Don't be a fool.

Beware this company is an absolute joke!!! They take your money and never ship. I have now paid for 2 months and have not received either one. They claim that November's bag was shipped USPS first class with no tracking number and when it never arrived those idi ots told me to check with the post office! How do they expect me to track down a package with no tracking number? This company is a scam!

I put in 2 orders in September 2020 but as of December 2020 both orders have remained unfulfilled even though they have been paid in full!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES !!!!

Don't purchase from this company. They trick you by sending the first subscription right away and then take forever to send but keep charging. Its December now and I've been charged for November and December and still nothing has came for those months.
