Haven’t been a member since 2020. They started deducting 24.95 from my checking in Jan., Feb., Mar this year.

I was billed for at least 3 boxes and only ever received 1. Products were mediocre in the only box I received. No customer service to help fix unfulfilled orders or fraudulent billing either.

They are a complete scam ..I have tried and tried to cancel them for over a year now .they somehow keep taking money out of my account and I have not received anything I have tried to email and I have gotten no response. I have tried to log in and of course I can't ...how can I file against them,this is ridiculous

I was a customer of this company years ago and everything was fine. Never had an issue. I canceled my plan because I needed to cut back on things and tried to start it up again in 2021. Got my initial bag just fine. Got charged for the next two months (premium account, so $19.95 a month) and never received either bag. I wrote them the first time about it and got a reply that it was supply issues--blah blah blah. Whatever. Cool. That was a year ago. Still haven't received those two bags that I paid for. No replies to my messages. My account shows that I paid for the two bags but that the orders are "unfulfilled." Shady, shady business. There are plenty if other subscription boxes out there
Stay away from this "company."

I had an account previously (over a year ago) and suddenly I'm seeing bill for my new residence address AND my past address... using the card I'd previously used.
They create new account and reactivated old account (I don't send makeup to my previous address!)... and realized it after several months of charges on my card listed as lm.

NEVER got any of the products and DID NOT re-activate the one account or create the other one.

I’d love to be part of a class action lawsuit against this company.

When I first subscribed, they were great. I loved the products and the affordable subscription. But since at least October 2021, I have paid monthly for a subscription I am unable to cancel, and haven’t received a bag. They have no way to contact them or cancel, just a form on their website. There is no phone number or email. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau and even they have been unable to contact this company.

The subscription price has also INCREASED. By about $10. I’m now paying over $20 monthly for a subscription I don’t receive and am unable to cancel. This needs to stop.

I signed up for Lipmonthly in November 2021 during their black Friday sale. A full month went by and I still had not received a product. I contacted their customer service who stated that COVID-19 has caused some shortages but rest assured they would ship my box soon. After January 2022, I canceled the subscription and ensured that both of the boxes were still processing. They assured me once more that they would ship soon. However, it is now November 2022, my boxes still say processing/unfulfilled and I haven't received any products. I have reached out to their automated chat . . .aka LM's customer service . . . to no response. Now I am not only out the money but the products, even though my boxes state they are unfulfilled.

Listen up consumers, do NOT fall for this companies lies!!! In July I saw lip Monthly advertise their first month at a low cost of “5.00”. When I signed up, I understood this was the cost for the first month and every month afterward I would be charged $19.95. Anyway that month I signed up for the subscription, and for the following 2 months after signing up Lip Monthly continued to take funds from my account. And for what?? Absolutely NOTHING in return. To make it even more stressful, they had nearly NO contact information listed on their website. I used their message forum box to ask them to please stop charging my card several times, and had NO reply from the business. I have spent hours on the phone with my bank, who is telling me that I need to contact the business (who IGNORES my emails) to dispute the transactions. So long story short, I am out $44.90 and they are continuing to charge my card every month without sending a single product. This company is a SCAM!!!

I paid $165 of one year subscription, ended up only getting the first bag with some dollar store cheap craps in it, total worth less than $5. I could not request a refund because I paid annually not monthly, so basically I already received partial order. There's nothing I could do on my bank's end, either, because it's passed the deadline of reverse charging them. I have not heard from them ever since I placed my order, and it's been more than one year now. It's pretty obvious that this is a scam.

BUYER BEWARE DONT DO IT!!!!!this website is a total scam I paid 3 times and they email me and say update my card that I haven't paid I even sent them my bank statement showing them where I paid it has no customer service thet say they email u but they dont

DONT DO IT- I read the reviews, they all said the bag either shows up super late or doesn't show up at all. I figured, for $5, why not take the risk. I was seeing tons of marketing and thought MAYBE they were revamping the company. Could they really be as bad as everyone was saying? They absolutely are. Never received a confirmation after I ordered. I actually had to go back through my credit card charges to be sure it went through. Waited until the latest day of the possible ship time to reach out and after a few days received a generic email about having issues with suppliers, waited a few more days reached out again, a few days later got another copy and paste response. I finally told them I wanted a refund and havent head back since. Order was placed on the 29th, its now the 27th of the following month with no product, no estimated date or any info at all. dont waste your time.

I placed an order on 5/5/22, and almost 5 full weeks later, my order still has not been fulfilled. I've reached out to support the only way I found via email which has been 5x now and only 1x was a response given. I was informed there was a delay in their suppliers which I've asked for a refund and it was ignored. I paid for the monthly plus box and my money was taken which is all I got out of lip monthly. Recommend Ipsy!

The same has happened to me they had charger me 4 times and I still had only got the initial first month and then when I seen they were 3 months behind and wrote them they hurry up and sent a bag out and it’s complete garbage!I wrote many times asking for the money or products and no response ever!! They still owe me for 2 months and this all started last September so I just wrote them again I’ll probably take it up with my bank but wow such a pain in the butt. Do Not Purchase!!!!!!!!

The only reason I gave 3 stars, is because of the first and only monthly bag I received. It really was some great products in the bag! But needless to say, I am behind 2 months worth of products. My shipment for February and March have not been received. The order is still in unfulfilled status. I can contacted lip monthly 3 times, and recieved a email the first time staying they were sorry and were working on it. The next two times the only responses I got were from bots....this is a shame and I want my money back or the products. At this point, I just want to cancel after I get the refund or the products....I never have a issue with boxy charm or ipsy!!

I cringe at the fact that I have to give 1 star. SCAM. I'm still trying to figure out how to file a lawsuit so we can all get out money back. I paid for an entire year almost a year ago and have gotten nothing. This company needs to refund everyone. This is not OK.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews and I don’t think I ever have this is the worst subscription out there they take your money don’t answer your emails and don’t send your order. And this is the second time I gave them a try.

Horrible. Not worth a dollar. They lure you with a low starting rate and send nothing. Do it 5 million times and you're rich!

They don't respond to requests for information.

SCAM!! a year ago i paid 115 for the years worth and now its next year and STILL nothing!! my advise

If I could give zero stars I would. Total scam they keep taking money out of my card every month and I have received nothing! Never even signed up for their subscription just ordered the five dollar starter kit. No phone number to talk to anyone in the company they are thieves! Stay far away from this company they steal from people and should be arrested!

ATTENTION! LIPMONTHLY CONTINUES TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT SENDING GOODS AND WITHOUT REPLYING TO EMAILS !!!
