LionsDeal is a Joke (Beware)
As with a lot of the recent reviews...
I had never heard of LionsDeal. They solicited my business through an email to me advertising that they would have the specified merchandise in stock on July 2. It was May when I ordered and I fully expected to wait until July for receipt of the product. I knew they would charge my credit card at the time of the order and I was OK with that. I have heard nothing from LionsDeal since the order...no shipment updates, no updates on stock availability. Today I called to see where my product was. Come to find out, it is back-ordered until the end of August! Why wasn't I notified of this? You advertised the merchandise would be in stock on July 2 - but clearly that was either a FALSE advertisement or you over-sold the product. Both are bad business practices. I should not have to call and check on my product; the COVID pandemic can't be used as en excuse for crappy customer service. I asked for and have received a refund, but all of my dealings with LionsDeal have been a complete waste of my time. The items I ordered are now semi-available everywhere again, so luckily I don't need LionsDeal and I will go back to not knowing nor caring about them. They're clearly not interested in providing any type of customer service (the rep I just spoke to was plain rude) so I will gladly take my business elsewhere and advise my colleagues to do the same.
LionsDeal is no deal at ALL !!!
LIONSDEAL doesn't seem to understand what the word "deal" actually means. When you make a deal, you are in a contract. When the customer pays you in full for your product or services, YOU ARE IN A CONTRACT! (Supervisor would not give his last name, what does that indicate to a perspective customer?)
As a customer, I feel that Lionsdeal is in breach of that contract when they: delay delivery without any notification, change excuses for each delay, "drop out" of that contract if the customer complains about their service. And after several months of delay, I can still understand that COVID19 being their base excuse, has some legitimacy in terms of scheduling. But changing out the reasons for the delay each time I called makes me very upset, not to mention the precious time lost, where I could have been working with a legitimate outfit.
They take your $ now, for backordered items that haven't shipped

Lions Deal cancelled my order. When I replied saying I didn't want to cancel, I just shouldn't be charged for an order that has not been fulfilled, they replied "we cannot do that as we charge your credit card at the point of sale."
Apparently they think it's ok to take your money now and maybe send you items months later.
Bull crap.
Timely and as described
Keep in mind, times are tough right now, so my standards are slightly relaxed. That said, I'm very happy with how LionsDeal performed. I ordered a pack of toilet paper which arrived in less than two weeks. It was the product I ordered, at a reasonable price. Packing was perfectly adequate--then again, it's not like this product can really be damaged. The toilet paper, by the way, is not great quality, but that was a choice I made, and hardly something to complain about these days. Will definitely be using LionsDeal again, maybe even after the pandemic has ended.

A few weeks later I received an email stating my transaction had been canceled. Didn’t even give me a reason. I don’t even let me know if my card was charged or would I be receiving a refund.
My complete orders (2) have not been…
My complete orders (2) have not been received. It was partially shipped. I agreed to a partial shipment and was told via phone call that the rest of my orders (hand sanitizer) would follow in 7-10 days. The Lions Deal website is now stating that the product is not scheduled back in stock until 4/30/20.
The site also has no way of separating an order by what is shipped and what is back ordered. I trust the company and site but my credit card has been charged for the entire order while I have little positive information on when the remainder will ship.
Subsequently, I place a third order and my card has again been charged but as expected the shipment will be delayed.
I certainly understand the volatile times we are experience. In this time, much better communication from Lions Deal would be appreciated.

Shipping is expensive and slow
Shipping is expensive and slow, all of my pans were bent, I straightened them out but I expect new pans to be in perfect condition. If these were available on Amazon Prime that's where I'd be ordering them from.
