Bought the BMW kidney grills , black , dual slats , for a 1 series msport , would not clip in place , I paid 20 quid more than the same item on eBay , thinking these will be better ,as this a company , wrong ! Had to glue them at the clips to keep in place , come from china too , so a drop shipper in effect , not happy !!! Tried to contact them before I wrote this but website down

I totally give them 0, it looks hundred percent scam, I checked all the emails they have but non works, i got failure notice from Yahoo

Before showing, always check.

Pricing is very competitive, but delivery is horrible, don't expect it quickly. Have place two different orders and delivery has been very slow. They must order the products after they receive your order.

I purchased a 10.25 inch screen and stated before buying that I need a RHD, but they proceed to send me a LHD. I emailed them and they sent a LHD bracket again! So I emailed them a couple of times and got no reply.
Scam of a company.

I ordered 3 oval chafing pans. They came in a large box complete damaged. I wish I could upload the picture. Once I opened it, the pan was scratched and appeared used. Totally not worth it. I will not support this website again.

I placed my order in December 2021 !!! I still didn’t receive my order. Worse company ever !!! People trust those reviews because I see here a lot of people are experiencing the same. I will be contacting the business bureau because this Is unacceptable

I ordered a lot of item from them in August. But by the end of September, I had only received nothing . When I called back at the end of September, cancelled my order and asked for a refund, they told me I would receive my refund within two or four weeks. But I don't get refund until today. when I called back, and mentioned my order and refund, there was a very rude lady just hung up my phone right away, Several of the phone calls that followed were not get through. I think they blacked me out.

I just got the worst service.

Don't waste your time. Items I tried to order were backordered but they didn't let me know until I called two weeks after the order was placed.

The worst company I ever deal with, i place an order 09/10/2021 and I received. Y products 14 days after I placed my order and it was incomplete I already called 5 times and they said that they are going to call me back and never happen, i called again and same thing over and over.
Don't buy from them ever.

We ordered a part that cost over $100 and when it came it was the wrong one. Emailed and called and the response we got was to tell us that there was a 15% restocking fee. So are you totally sure you want to return item. Said yes, multiple times asked for RMA and have never gotten.

Received my order on time and was very pleased with how it was packaged

Received the order very promptly. Love my new charger plates. Made a beautiful Christmas table!

I was out for breakfast and ordered tea, I got the great Teapot as part of my order. It was so cute that I started shopping for one before I even left the restaurant.

EXACTLY What I Expected

Sometimes what you want/need and what you get are 2 different things when you can't pick it up and look at it. Not so with these. Perfect. Thank you Liondsdeal.

Great experience with LionsDeal! There was a point in the last six months or so, where things were a bit delayed due to COVID but overall great with the ordering and timely delivery process!

Placing an order online (from account creation to choosing product and completing process) was very easy. My product was about 2 weeks from being in stock, but it actually arrived earlier than that. Happy with my purchase.

Like other reviewers, I placed an order in early April for toilet paper, hand sanitizer and gloves. All were noted as "in-stock". They charged my card $168, and then sent me a notice that ALL items were backordered. OK, COVID issues, I get it, I'll wait. By late June, I could find TP and sanitizer at local stores (and cheaper!), so I got those refunded. Now its September, the gloves are shown as IN STOCK, but when I contacted them to ask when they will ship this order (that I placed and paid for in April), they simply cancelled my my order. Why? Because now they priced the gloves 40% higher, so I guess they don't want to honor the earlier order (after holding my money for 6 months). Thank goodness they didn't go out of business first so I could at least get my money back! Avoid these guys unless you like giving out free loans to strangers.

When placing my order on March 21, 2020, the website stated the item was in stock and the confirmation e-mail states in stock will ship within 5-7 business days. Money was immediately taken from my account which was okay with me as I expected my order to be delivered within a week or two at most. Eight days later, 3/29/20, Lionsdeal e-mailed me that unfortunately my item was back ordered. I called to check on the order and was told that they expected a shipment on April 30, 2020 and my order would ship at that time. Not only was nothing shipped but no further communication was sent by Lionsdeal! After waiting until the second week of May, I again called to check on status and was told that the next shipment was due on July 31st. It is now August 13,2020 and no further information, updates, have been received. I have tried several times today to speak with them and to cancel my order, however, after long waiting times it finally rings and states that no one is available to take the call! Lionsdeal’s lack of communication, unapologetic stance and rudeness is inexcusable, especially when they take your money upfront!

I'm shocked by the poor reviews. I ordered two items and they shipped separately a few days apart. Had they been able to ship together they would have saved a lot of money. Happy with both!
