Received.my bed today very happy with the whole process. Matthew was very friendly and a great help with choosing the bed trying different mattress and bed sizes didn't try rushing me ,when you're in a wheelchair it takes longer to get on and off the beds.it was delivered today. Thank you

new bed same day free delivery
After being let down less than 24 hours before our beds were due to be delivered by another company, we went to Linthorpe beds at 10am had found a bed and organised free delivery on the same day - superb customer service. I will be getting my other beds from there when needed

Why trail round loads of retailers?
Why trail round loads of shops and not get anywhere or end up going back to where you started just visit Linthorpe Beds in Stockton was it was great and a purchase made.

Excellent service.
Quick and easy to order in-store. Staff very attentive and professional. Delivery went very smoothly and delivery guys were top notch, arriving before they specified and negotiating my awkward staircase with ease. Mattress on the bed within 10 minutes of them turning up. Excellent service all round.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
It’s just a shame the mattress we purchased doesn’t seem to be the mattress for us as we both get up every morning with bad backs, not what we expected for the money paid.

It’s worth noting that new mattresses can often take a little time to fully “bed in,” and your body can also need an adjustment period when changing to a new sleeping surface, especially if your previous mattress was very different. We do hope that with a little more time you begin to feel the full benefits and comfort of your new mattress.
