Fantastic supplements
This is the fourth order I have put in with Link Nutrition and each time I am SO glad to have topped up on my supply of supplements from the brand. In general I find that they really 'do what they say on the tin'. The Ashwaganda is a brilliant adaptogen and really helps me to manage my stress levels, whereas the 'sleep' supplement is so effective - I always have my deepest night's sleep when I take them. Additionally, the supplements are easy to digest. Recently I added in a Vitamin C supplement to ring-fence my immunity for Winter. I'll be ordering again I'm sure. If you are looking for a trustworthy supplement brand, I really recommend Link Nutrition. Oh! Final point: the glass bottles are a really nice touch, they safeguard the product as well as being more planet-friendly.

LINK SLEEP
I purchased link sleep expecting a good nights sleep after taking it. It didn’t happen !! I awoke at 3am and stayed awake thereafter! I persevered a couple of more nights, but no, it did nothing for me at all. At £23 it isn’t cheap and I feel I wasted my money! I gave two stars as ordering was easy and delivery was good, but very disappointed in the product.
