We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
Our demonstration ride fee is a standard policy which applies to all customers using our demonstrator motorcycles, regardless of whether they ultimately purchase from us or another dealership. The fee and terms are explained and acknowledged before every test ride takes place.
We appreciate that you had already placed a deposit elsewhere and simply wished to experience the model before completing your purchase. However, as we provide, insure and maintain our demonstrator fleet, the same policy applies to every demonstration ride.
Whilst we understand you may not agree with the policy, we don't feel it would be fair to make exceptions on an individual basis.
We do appreciate your feedback and wish you many enjoyable miles on your new motorcycle.

Leon made our bike purchase very easy, he was knowledgeable, approachable, kept in touch with us throughout the process, we love our Triumph speed 400 thankyou Lings!

Great sales service
The salesperson was not pushy, but was informative and informed. He agreed to install a battery charger lead. The bike was presented in a good, clean condition. The salesperson went through the controls and switches with me before letting me leave.
The only tiny gripe was that the clock had not been reset following the battery charger lead installation, but otherwise everything was great.

Bought a nice KTM690 Enduro R, sight unseen and had it delivered. Sam dealt with the sale and sent over a video walk around of the bike. All in all, a very smooth transaction.
