Ordered in May after seeing an ad. Two items were missing from the parcel and the reply took eleven days. Not a scam, just badly run.

First order with them and probably the last. The order was marked shipped and never moved, and the refund request went unanswered. Filed a chargeback, that is the only thing that got a reaction.
