overall very good but would have liked better communication as to what was happening with the o order as well as confirmation that the fitting was definitely going ahead with a 1-2 hour window.

the gentleman fitting the fireplace was very professional, efficient and cleaned after himself.

the after service was also helpful as initially struggled to lite the fireplace abd with help eventually figured it out thank you

We were given good advice and help in the showroom choosing the fire. The installation went very smoothly with various pre problems remedied. We are very pleased with our new fire and the help and advice we were given.

Excellent team. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Fitted the boiler and there was a gas leak coming from somewhere, 1 of the guys stayed behind and found where it was coming from for us, he saved us a small fortune Fareplay. What a top guy you are Tyler thank you so very much. Was kept well informed through out also. Would highly recommend.

I recently changed my old system boiler to new combi boiler. They did excellent job in terms of taking old stuff out and putting new boiler in. They finished all work nicely and cleanly in time as promised. Thanks Limegreen.

Good initial conversation followed quickly by the survey. Quote accepted and installation completed in one day within a week. Installation team were friendly, efficient and cleaned up afterwards removing the old boiler. Follow up call the next day from the office to check that all went as expected, which it did.

Excellent service from start to finish! We purchased a wood burner from Lime Green. The fitters were so helpful gave us so much information on the wood burner and nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Brilliant service from limegreen engineers Corey & Ryan. Such a neat job and everything was explained really well. Kept everything tidy and answered all my questions. In addition to the actual installation of the boiler the quote service was swift and easy, kept up to date with timings on arriving to my property and the installation next steps over the phone. Also all the customer care via phone was brilliant, really polite and reassuring and definitely felt like my business was valued. Top notch service.

We were having issues with our fire place so called Limegreen who were super responsive and sent an engineer out the next day.
The engineer was amazing, he fixed our fireplace, he was tidy and considerate and incredibly helpful.
